We had a great stay at the sea breeze court. It is very well located (a block or two from the beach). We stayed at the one bedroom suite room which had a full kitchen and sleeping room for 6 (2 queen beds and a sofa bed).

The staff was very friendly and ready to help to make your visit better. We would definetly be staying there again.

Great place to stay @Cannon beach

We came for another visit in Feb 2022 and loved it again.  Stayed in room 203 this time.  Everything is so clean and the hosts are so welcoming. Hannah was on a birding trip, so we got to meet her mother who use to own the place.  She was absolutely delightful to chat with.
This is a dog friendly place.  The rooms are a great size and they have fireplaces and small kitchens minus a stove... Micro wave and coffee makers, fridge and plenty of dishes and what you may need.  They have a variety of movies in the office for your use as well.  
We just love this place, it's a walk across to our favorite beach area and a quick walk to Sleepy Monk Coffee or Screw and Brew ( good fish and chips there) Also the Pelican Brewery is a close walk and you can see Haystack Rock.  What else could you ask for?  If you want to walk to downtown Cannon Beach it won't take you long.
Thanks again for a great time, we will be back again in August.

Sea Breeze Court is the place to stay

First time staying at this great place. We had a 1 bedroom suite, which was nicely furnished. Everything was sparkling clean. Our 2 dogs were welcome. Matt and Bev were helpful and personable. When our son and 2 grandkids decided to join us for a few nights, we had enough room and beds for all 5 of us. The location is great. The beach is a short walk across the street, and the center of town is an easy walk, though several blocks away. We’ll be back!

Great place, great location, great people!

We discovered this beautiful place in reviews on various sites, and so glad we did. We stayed in 3rd week of October, so it was very, very quiet, but what struck us most was the location, cleanliness and flawlessness of the room and grounds. I can't remember a place being so perfect! Not a knick or gouge or paint chip. The family takes tremendous pride in their property. 

Our room was a very nice size, with sofa, wall mounted TV, king bed and a table and chairs. We had a nice kitchenette stocked with everything we needed, and a view of Haystack Rock from our private little deck. And the gas fireplace was much appreciated. Our bathroom was SPOTLESS, and appointed with nice shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. 

Do not mistake this place for being "old-fashioned" or "quaint" - it was perfection for us and our dog. (No pet fee, either) and nicer than many larger hotels I've stayed in before. 

Also, don't let the fact that this is not sitting smack on the beach deter you. It was 1/2 block down a small alley to get to Haystack Rock. You will save so much $$$ by being at Sea Breeze. The location is perfect...next to restaurants and stores. We can't say much more about it than it was GREAT! Thank you to the owners for creating such a special place. We WILL BE BACK!!

Great little gem in Cannon Beach

Stayed here three nights with our three-year-old son. We had a one bedroom suite, which included a full kitchen and a separate bedroom plus a bed in the main living area (we put the preschooler in the separate bedroom so we could relax in the main area after he was asleep). It was a really wonderful, relaxing vacation - the motel managers were cheerful and welcoming and clearly taking COVID seriously, and provided great tips about where in town had the best seafood. They also had beach toys we could borrow for playing in the sand, which made our son really happy. Clean, comfortable, kitchen well stocked with utensils etc. - would 100% recommend this place for families!

Wonderful old-fashioned beach motel

We discovered this gem while following "Hannah goes birding" on Instagram.  Hannah and Erik manage the Sea Breeze Court in Cannon Beach and are fellow birders, so we decided to plan a visit,  we weren't disappointed. 
  We stayed in room 205 which came with a nice little balcony view of Haystack Rock. It has a King bed, a small kitchen area with microwave, mini fridge, sink and kitchen essentials.  The room was spacious accompanied by a pull out couch, coffee table, small dining table for two, a gas fireplace and a nice size bathroom.  The room was quiet and comfortable.
  They allow pets and charge no pet fee !! this is a huge bonus. 
It's a quick walk across the street to get to the beach or watch gorgeous sunsets. 
They provide beach chairs, doggie towels and bowls as well as a selection of DVD's to watch in your room.  
  They also have outdoor seating and a barbecue grill with a picnic table in the court yard.  This is a place many visitors choose to return to.  Great Location, walking distance to Downtown or the Pelican Brewery, Screw and Brew and the Sleepy Monk..
  If you're headed to visit Cannon Beach plan a stay at the Sea Breeze Court...

What a great place to stay in Cannon Beach

This place was clean and quiet and only a block from the beach.  The room layout was great for our family with a queen bed and sofa sleeper in the living area and a separate bedroom with a queen bed.  You can pick up beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels from the office.  It is within walking distance of shops,  great restaurants and a market  There’s a hose to spray off sandy feet. My favorite is the daisies outside the bedroom windows.

Great place for a family visit.

Our family of 5 recently stayed here.  The location is great!  You can walk to the downtown, the beach, or shops/restaurants in mid-town.  The suite had exactly what we needed:  a kitchenette, dining table, sleeper sofa and queen bed in the living area with a fireplace.  (Great to grab a video from the office and snuggle in to watch a movie with the fire going on cold nights.)  We also had a separate private bedroom with a queen bed.)  Everything was clean, and the owners live on site - so you know everything is taken care of.  We would love to come back here with our family!

Great Family Property

Enjoyed our stayed! Bed was very comfortable, great price! Walking distance to Cannon Beach! To be honest, it’s our first time in the northwest coast, we were thinking going into this trip, we didn’t expect nice hotel and restaurant but we were wrong, hotel is limited, so make sure to booked fast, family owned, and very well taken care of. We stayed one night only but during our trip we also stayed at 2 other hotels and we actually missed this hotel.

Great stay!

This little property had evertying I needed for a short vacation in Cannon Beach, OR.

Very friendly and accommodating host, spotless large King room with a private sitting area right outside my sliding glass door. They even have beach umbrellas and chairs for use. 

To top if off, the room rate was very attractive. 

Loved staying here, and would again.
