Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable.  Views of Atlantic are wonderful!  Grounds are well kept and staff are very friendly.  Check in and out is also very easy as is making reservations.  Room prices were very good.

Great stay!

The room was a suite and super spacious. Incredibly great locations. Close to the beach, dining, shops. Check in was super fast and easy. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Patios (we had two) were very nice.

Excellent Service Across the street from beach / Ocean very nice room, downtown in walking distance, highly recommend, we had our dog with us & very dog friendly, outdoor pool is very nice as well, we' lll be back for another visit, very happy with our stay!

Excellent Service  Ocean View

Great spot in a quiet little town, on the ocean, 20 minutes south of Ogunquit ME. Sea Latch sits directly across the street from the beach and consists of two separate buildings; an older motel-style building and a newer 3-story building with individual balconies. I stayed in the older building which was perfectly adequate. Nice modern bathroom, It was a cold, blustery early evening when I checked-in but there were lots of locals walking along the beach and also a bunch of surfers. Mind you it was 54 degrees and dusk. When I asked the front desk receptionist about the surfers she said there are surfers there every day. I was there mid-week, off season and there were only a few dining options available, but they were quite nice. I've posted a separate review of Lobster Cove about a mile down the road. If you are looking for wild and crazy night-life and hob-nobbing with the beautiful people this may not be for you. But if you want a very reasonably priced, clean, comfortable spot in a beautiful location with lots of friendly locals The Sea Latch Inn may be for you.

Basic, Clean, Comfortable, Good Location,

This inn has great feature like mini fridge and cute rooms. The best part is the convenience to Long Sands beach and the great view from the sitting balcony. We stayed in the middle building. The beds are comfy and perfect for a quick getaway!!

Very nice and quaint, steps to the ocean

We made reservations for this place but got a phone call on are way up there from MA telling us it was under renovations so they would gladly upgrade us to the Surf Club.  Well the pictures for this place were very accommodating looking with all the amenities we needed.  The upgrade to the Surf Club should have been called a down grade.

Disappointed

Weird experience.  We booked this hotel and when we arrived there was a note on the door that we had been “upgraded” to their sister property “just down the road” .  

Not sure why in all the email confirmations they just didn’t tell us up front that the hotel changed. It was a small inconvenience.  The sister hotel is basically a room with 2 beds and a bathroom. No coffee maker and absolutely nothing extra in the room. There’s a tv that you have to access through your phone to then watch YouTube movies. That’s a really bizarre set up for a hotel. 

Weird

The front desk staff gentleman was very nice, accommodating and very helpful! The ground rooms need tones of work and are pretty outdated and probably as clean as you can get them; stained floors and ripped couch etc. We ended up staying in the new part hotel like and it was pristine...really beautiful room; night and day from the other accommodations we saw. The TV remotes didn't seem to be hooked up to the TV yet that is how new I think it is. The view and location is amazing. I would stay here again in the new hotel part if the price was right. 

Very comfortable stay and amazing staff

What a pleasant surprise as I was not sure what to expect. Minimalist room where décor is concerned but very clean. No wash cloths (pet peeve of mine). This place is right on the beach and is pet-friendly. Tony at the front desk was also really nice.

Loved this place.

Prepaid last December for our vacation in May.  Then early this year received an email stating that the property had new owners, but that all reservations were still valid.  Arrived in May and were assigned the type of room that was originally reserved.  They were renovating the two buildings on either side of the main building, but it didn't affect our stay. At the time, the room was comfortable and there were had no issues with the room or the Wifi. The next month while reconciling my credit card statement, I noticed that they had charged me again for the prepaid room. I had to call several times before someone answered and was assured that they would credit my account, but that it would take a few days. After a week, I emailed them about the credit, and again was told that my account would be credited. After another week, I called again, and again it took multiple calls before anyone answered. After being told again that my account would be credited, I filed a complaint with the BBB and then disputed the charge with my credit card company. Within a few days, my account was finally credited. The new owners seem to be reluctant to provide a credit of any kind, even when warranted. I believe that if I hadn't disputed the charge, I never would have seen my money! The BBB never did receive a response from the Inn.
