We stayed here with some friends and our kids recently and loved it. The cabins were very clean. The way they are laid out also felt very private. The grounds were really fun for the kids to play on. The location is great too if you are visiting the dunes or even Traverse. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fun place!

After months of stress, my granddaughter and I spent  a long weekend.  We visited Sleeping Bear Dunes, The Tunnel of Trees, Petosky, and Frankfurt, all an easy drive from Honor..  Colors of autumn were beautiful,  temps very comfortable.  Michigan has a lot to offer and I am glad we chose to vacation close to home, enjoying outdoors. Our room was comfortable and very clean.  Enjoyed sitting with other guests under a starry sky with a bonfire. TV and wi-fi worked well. I hope to return again and will definitely try to book Cabin #2.

2020 Getaway

Clean, simple, good value, w modern amenities. Very pleasant grassy area, picnic tables at each cabin. Nice (clean) bathroom with good quality “products” like soap and shower gel. Overall small and traditional rooms, nothing fancy, but just doing the basics right. Felt like an excellent resting spot. No kitchen facilities but small fridge, coffee maker and Corkscrew. Heater worked well. Only gave it 4 stars because these are humble little cabins rather than some grand resort. 

Good value

Great little cabin to call home base on our trip to sleeping bear dunes!! We stayed in cabin #7 and it was very clean and seemed to be recently updated. Had a cute cottage/beachy vibe. Was sent a text message the day of our stay to let us know the cabin was ready. Easy drive to the Dunes, Glen Arbor, and Empire. Loved having a little kitchenette to heat up some meals and keep things cold. Ice Cream shop next door was really good too. We would definitely stay here again!

Home Base for Dunes Trip

We only stayed in for one night, and it was great. We were comfortable in the two double beds. The cabin had everything we could’ve needed: glasses, plates, cutting board, coffeemaker, fridge. Everything about the cabin was fresh and new, down to the molding trim, shelves, shower, bedding, chairs, so no worries about anything grungy. We chose this cabin for something a little different and for its proximity to Lake Michigan attractions, like Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Our cabin was close to the road, but we didn’t hear anything while sleeping. We were attached (or very close) to a cabin on our left and right, so call for more information in case you’re looking for a more private cabin, because some are more private than others. 

Cabin 7 was great

Had Cabin One for two nights 9-14/15.  Found it clean and tidy.  Was happy for the A/C (warm weekend) and the small fan.  Medium sized dorm fridge appreciated.  Queen bed comfy and towels very nice.  Some might be concerned with how close cabin 1 is to road -  was not a problem with AC and fan on.  Grills available and kid/community room, too. Not far from food and provisions.   Good commmunication from resort when calling for info. Did not spend time around property due to being busy elsewhere.  Will definitely return!

Comfortable, Clean and Cozy

If you ever need a place to stay in the Beulah, Frankfort, Sleeping Bear Dunes area, this cabin is it! It is a short drive to all the area attractions and just a really nice, cozy place to stay. Walking into the cottage makes you feel like this is a home away from home.The beds are totally comfortable. You are able to cook your meals in the cottage, or there is a grill to cook outdoors, plus there is a private campfire with comfortable chairs. There were bikes to ride and kayaks for us to use with easy access to Crystal Lake. There was WiFi, cable, and games... everything is there to make sure you have a nice quiet vacation. Rob and Mary will answer any and all questions and are very nice people. You will enjoy staying here!

Cabin #9

We have stayed at the Cedar Ridge Cabins 3 times over 20 years.  No big time chain hotels here, just small comfortable cabins in a sleepy little village, with lots to see and do in the area.  Just what's needed---clean, comfy beds, TV, AC, wifi, and coziness.  Road traffic is a little loud, but not uncomfortable.  Good local eating places within 1 mile and a great ice cream shop within easy walking distance.
