Great location, right off the highway. It's also close to Hyannis, a great town with lots of activity going on. Staff was friendly and informational. We used this as a stopover before camping out in Cape Cod for the weekend. The location is super convenient, and just what you would want for the price point.

Great Accomodations

Customer service was wonderful, the room was very comfortable and very clean. Excellent state. Great value for the money. I would recommend it anytime you’re in the area. It’s a great location to catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard

Excellent stay!!

This motel was clean, safe, and the owners were so kind and fun to get to know. The location is near everything, 10 mins from downtown Hyannis and less than 10 from beaches. When we needed more soap, Tp, etc., the owners got us them right away. I felt safe there, which is the first motel I can say that with. I can't say enough good things about the owners, truly personable and really kind to us. First motel I would come back to, and I hope I do next year!

Best place we've stayed in 3 years

You might have pulled up this motel on a search, noticed the low price, and are doing some research before booking. Bugs? Broken furniture? Dead bodies?? No, it's a dated motel (think pink bathroom tile), but everything works as advertised. A heck of a bargain and ideal location, with a microwave and mini fridge in most (all?) rooms. Top line wi-fi and all basic cable channels. Very friendly owner.

No frills, but the best value on Cape Cod

Nice and quiet. Owner is very pleasant. It's a "no frills" motel but that is why it's such a great rate. It's clean, cozy and perfect for a Cape getaway. Bed is comphy and shower hot. 

It's a safe & clean place to lay your head. I travel weekly for business and these budget chains are doing better to earn clients than the "big dogs". I'd choose this Knights over my last $199 Marriott stay. Why? because at the end of the day it's all about laying your head down for a night and that's it. The bed and pillow at Knights was just as good as the Marriott. The Shower too. Heck is was even quieter.

No pool but you're on Cape Cod surrounded by water folks... It doesn't deserve minus stars for that. I really think a lot of you are too hotel spoiled. For $56 a night you're not going to find to many places with eggs, waffles, big screen tvs, workout centers and hot tubs like most of you rant about. But if you're lucky enough to find a clean, safe room that doesn't leave your body itching after your stay for less than $65 now a days you should NOT be whining. 

There's a fire pit over the filled in pool which is cool. Use it with your family & friends and enjoy some laughs, stories or the stars above. Pools are over rated. 

It's off the hustle & bustle of Hyannis which is great considering the traffic headaches this area offers. I'll be back for business & time off.

++ little things that could improve. Removal of webs and dust on exterior of rooms. Perhaps a good pressure washing. Repaint of parking lines & numbers. Remove some of the clutter in the rooms. My room was great but had 4 night stands and a 2 chairs. Suggestion, print-out a tv channel lineup as most folks will not know (also offer the HBO package or similar - Comcast will give you a professional savings rate) 

*My only gripe is that I understand why your group everyone into one side so that it's easier to clean the next day but if a guest specifically asks for a room with little to no neighbors if possible and you state that it is "the weekend" but there is a whole side of the motel not in use you may want to try and do that for him.... After a 14 hour drive a night with less doors opening/closing & AC running all night would have been nice. My only complaint but still very accommodating host.

Older but safe, clean and quiet. Nice Owner who is doing his best!

Clean, convenient, and has a very nice staff. It was great for the price. I come down for business every time. The rooms have everything you need and are average size. Definitely would recommend this place to a friend.

Great for the price

Inexpensive, nice place to stay. The room has all the expected amenities: cable with HBO, WIFI, refrigerator, and microwave. Conveniently located off Route 6A, and a short drive to Falmouth Road (Route 28). 

Knights Inn Centerville MA

Stayed @ the Knights Inn for 1 night this past weekend. The Inn is located a few minutes off of the Rte 6 Hyannis exit and easy to get to. Was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome and comfortable immediately during the very easy check-in. The room had a Queen sized bed, Mini-Fridge, Cable TV and a good sized bathroom. Heat came from a wall mounted Heat-Pump which was a bit noisy during the night. Parking is a bit tight and it could be difficult if trying to park a large vehicle. There was a continental breakfast included consisting of Coffee, Pastries, Cereal and Fresh Fruit. The staff were all very pleasant and cordial. Would Happily stay 
@ the Knights Inn, Osterville again.

Inexpensive,Comfortable,Good Location

Nice landing spot for visiting the area, going to the beach and dining on seafood.  Older motel but it has updates such as the keycard locks.  Everything was clean, nice bed, has a refrigertor and microwave and a modest free breakfast. I would stay again. 

Updated 1950s motel.  Good value and very easy to find.

After not realizing that my 1st booking went through, I had to pay for 2 rooms, but only used 1. The Manager would not let me cancel one reservation, because it was within 24 hours, even though it was boked 2 hours before.
