Room smells musty..like basement almost & a had a near empty renuzit air freshener on top of fridge. Outdated & old.
Beds hard, a/c very loud & rattling. Thankfully didn't need to spend anymore time there than we needed. Sleep (a little) wake up & leave. We didn't even want to use the shower. They must take good angle photos for the websites because this place needs a big overhaul

Pics online make it look better than it is

Booked through a 3rd party and there wasn’t a stated cancellation policy.  When trying to cancel, the person had zero sense of customer service and wouldn’t do anything.  Same when calling the third party—they said the motel wasn’t willing to do anything.  Check in was awful.  Looked like they were trying to train a very young daughter on the job.  Room needed repairs.  Surprised we didn’t pick up any critters or skin conditions 

Only as a last option 

My 8 year old daughter and I spent a night here for the 4th of July and we are so happy that we did. The best part about this motel is having the rooms so close to the pool and with the big sliding window I was able to have my daughter swimming while I enjoyed the air conditioning in the room.I also enjoyed that the water slide went into the shallow end of the pool. The family that owned the residence was very kind and accommodating to our needs and the small amount of fireworks we set off in the motel parking lot. The room was boarder line fancy for what I would expect from a motel and the whole property was kept very clean. There was no phone and no alarm clock in the room but all other common amenities were available. The location of the motel is on a main road with plenty of restaurants and attractions in walking distance and just a very short drive to Downtown Wisconsin Dells. The motel had brochures in the lobby that contained multiple coupons (mainly 10-15% off entire bill or buy one get one admissions) for several restaurants and attractions. Overall we had a great time and our stay was all around satisfying, we will definitely be coming back!

Poolside rooms were nice

Outdated room, uncomfortable bed, no amenities. Towel holder fell off wall, Dirty pool, waterslide doesn't work, not worth the price. My daughter left her tablet in the bedside table so we called the next day and they said they couldn't find it, so they stole it. I won't stay again and I'll probably have to call the police now.

Horrible

My experience was okay. Room was large size and clean. But there was never any cleaning service despite the fact that I was there for almost a week. Also, there was a discrepency between the staff regarding what time was check out. I almost got charged an extra day as a result.
