I checked in at this hotel for a week stay and the manager seemed really nice at the time. The next day after we were already in the room, there was no cups in the room so I called and asked if I could get some cups so she brings them down and my dog barked when she heard a knock at the door which is very normal for a dog to bark,  the neighbor in the room next-door, his dog started barking as well. The manager changed her personality and was yelling outside how bad she hates dogs which was very odd to me to say the least. She then said if you can’t make your dog stop barking then you will have to leave. As a customer I felt that was so very rude by her one did absolutely nothing wrong, I was treated very dis-respectful by this manager at this hotel, I stood up for myself and will not tolerate no disrespect from anyone whatsoever. I’ve told her she has no right to talk to me that way and I will not put up with it that when she goes and knocks on peoples doors, of course a dog is going to bark. That is what they do and the way she’s banging on them that is why they’re barking, this manager proceeded just because of this situation from her behavior did not Give us room service for the whole week. never brought in toilet paper, clean towels,absolutely nothing the whole time we were there. I asked for the owners number, and proceeded to call him and had it on speaker where others could hear the conversation, and when a customer is reaching out to express what had went on, you would think that a owner would be considerate for the customers feelings and would want to hear what happened the owner was the most disrespectful man I have ever talk to at a business, I as well told him how I felt because I do not tolerate that type of behavior from anyone. We stayed are week and did absolutely nothing to anyone minded our own business. When it was time for me to stay for another week, I proceeded to go down to do that and the door was locked in the office . so I called and the man manager answered and stated that we could not reserve the room for another week because it was already taken, that was the biggest lie if I’ve ever heard one! We were already in that room so nobody could have reserve that when I was already in it they just wanted us out because of the circumstances of what their behaviors were  and because I called the owner. so I do not recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone. It was the most ridiculous place I have ever stayed in my entire life, the manager has major issues to treat customers the way she treated us for absolutely no reason whatsoever! The beds were not comfortable whatsoever killed my back. There was no smoke detectors in the room. The stove did not work. It took over an hour to even start boiling water. I do not recommend this hotel. Horrible service!! Very Disrespectful Managers Dawn and Cecil..  Very Disrespectful Owner Jim.. 



Horrible Hotel Experience!

You could not pay me to stay there ever again. The management is very unprofessional. I came here to get a MRI (tumor) on my spinal cord and go to several doctor appointments. I had to be here a few weeks before my home was ready to move into and my timeshares were not available 
so I stayed at the Moonlight motel in Wenatchee Wa, in which the management accused us of stuff we did not do and continued to harrass my daughter the entire time. Definitely not a relaxing comfortable place to spend time. Jim the owner kicked us out on a Friday a week before our home was ready because of his past problems.  Apparently he had a bad drug problem with people who lived there before including the gal in back with a very bad pit bull, so as a guest he decided to make his drug addict problem a guests problem.........my problem. Dawn the helper with lots of mood swings instead of calling me the person who rented the room, she text a friend of mine to complain to him about something we had no idea of..... their drug problem there. Definitely not the place to stay unless you want to feel stressed out the entire times by drug addicts with drama. Very stressful, blaming and accusing people. They are so angry and wounded about what others have done in the past that you, the good person, will get the repercussions of their issues...... WOW I have never been kicked out of any place ever and to be kicked out because of lies and drama well I just don't have room in my life for this, but I do have time to keep you from going through the miserable, disrespectful moment with Moonlight Motel in Wenatchee Wa. I retired from the PUD. Worked for the US Post office as well as Alcoa all drug free establisments. Moonlight Motel, Definitely the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life.

Drama, Disrespect and drug problem that you get to hear about on your stay there from management. WOW

I went to this motel with my mom about a week ago, they are the most disrespectful people iv had to deal with at a hotel. not once did they clean the rooms, give clean towels or restocked toilet paper. the manger dawn is absolutely rude, my mom asked for some coffee cups and she came to our door and knocked, my dog and the dogs in the next room started barking and dawn said we would have to go if the dog barked one more time. keep in mind we payed for the dog being there. it’s a dog it’s going to bark once in a while. the next day she came and knocked on the door and caught the biggest attitude with my mom because we put up a blanket over the window because there were no blinds in the room. she could have asked politely for us to take it down if it was that big of a problem. when we first got there she was the nicest person ever then changed for who knows why. I do not recommend this motel. waste of money. 

poor experience😡!!

I’ve been staying for about almost a month now because I haven’t been able to find housing in the Wenatchee area , they are amazing here the staff and owner is great very nice people . I would recommend to stay here anytime the pool is nice feels great . Beds are comfortable and new :)

The staff was great......
However the room was very outdated.  Had extension cords, black something in bathroom area, ants on the bathroom floor and in the tub, dont think the blinders have every been cleaned.  The WiFi was on/off and the remote was sticky and did not work with the tv.  
The room was only $80, so you get what you pay for.  I was to tried and didn't want to go and find another place, so I stayed.

Oh Boy

If you just need a fairly inexpensive place to sleep when passing by Wenatchee, then this place will suffice. The rooms have concrete block walls and therefor the room was cool when I was there in May. The interior was dated but had a kitchenette for cooking.
The beds were comfortable. There was a breakfast offered in the office area, but it started at 8:00AM and I was gone by then.

Interesting place

I made my reservations sight unseen based on trip advisor reviews.  When I drove up I was totally unimpressed.  The outside was not maintained.  The buildings appeared to be made of cinderblocks.  There were chairs outside the door with ashtrays and people were outside smoking.  Inside was even worse.  The chain lock had been removed from the door leaving only the lock on the handle - no deadbolt.  The bathroom window didn't close completely.  It was covered by a long piece of net which went to the floor There were no wash cloths provided, nor Kleenexes, and no clock or phone or breakfast.  There were little holes in the walls that made me uncomfortable.   The furnishings were old and the bed was uncomfortable.  There was a gap in the flooring at the entrance to the bathroom.  In the gap was unfinished cement.

Absolutely a dump and no security

The bad:
 The place wasn't the cleanest place I've ever stayed.
My sister dropped one of her pills on the floor.
I got down to pick it up and discovered dust bunny heaven under the bed.
According to them, they were training a new maid
(it's called a broom honey)
The good:
They moved us to a larger, 2 bed room at no charge.
The room seemed cleaner but the coffee grounds from a previous stay were still in the filter.
Josh, the office attendant brought us fresh brewed coffee!!!!!  (Josh rocks).
The beds were super comfy, and the staff and residents (I'm guessing they live there) were friendly and helpful when I needed help with my truck.
We attend the dog show in Cashmere and hope to stay at this motel next year.


Comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Terrible place, feels like a transient motel.  The suite room #11 is big but bed has access on only one side.  It looked comfortable but behind the tall headboard was a single pane window that was shoddily boarded up so it smelled like mold & mildew.  We had to move room #12. Windows are single pane and transfer cold & moisture into room; and the freeway noise is loud.  Sink is chipped & has rust.  Electrical is terrible and so is lighting.  TV is great.  In room had a big, brown, disgusting stain on bathroom floor.  Don't stay here.  It's not worth the money.
