SCAMMERS HORRIBLE PLACE do not stay here!!!!!! This place deserves no stars and needs new employees.. Rudest people i have ever met in my life (NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY AT ALL)   Ran by Addicts the place is Filthy. Maid service was never seen.. tubs back up, toilets leak the tv has an antenna(for $85.00+ a night) ICEING ON THE CAKE they will charge you for towels to clean up the leaks.....(THE SCAM) -  if u don't make sure to get a receipt the addicts in the front will check you in then as soon as they see you leave the room they turn your room key off and lock you out, trying to get more money or they take your stuff. The employees all work together to scam people the lady in front even stated oh this happens all the time as she was a ring leader of the scam DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY AND THINGS TAKEN

Horrible, scary, filthy dirty place crawling with roaches, hookers and addicts. No refunds allowed. RUDE office staff, noisy, holes in the bedding. I slept with one eye open. Leaky sink, deadbolt did not work. Save your sanity and avoid this place.

Save your money and do not book here it’s a roach motel the room I’m in is Interested with roaches, the tv doesn’t work and there is no wifi signal. The females that work in the office are very rude and ghetto I was told to go to goodwill and buy a blue ray player and dvds to watch tv I paid $525 for a week of this nasty place I bought a pizza sat it on the counter for not even a min and had roaches trying to crawl all over my food it smells like mildew and sewer because of plumbing issues that caused my bathroom to flood while I was at work. There is nothing but drug addicts here and I had a homeless guy sleeping behind the building next to my room window the workers are very rude and have no consideration for there customers I got yelled at and hung up on because I asked to be moved to another room. So this Fiona looking lady Amanda got really rude and ghetto with me all because I asked to switch rooms and get what I paid for I had to clean and sanitize my room because these dirty animals don’t know what clean is. I have asthma and allergies and told them this room is causing me to have asthma attacks and allergic reactions to the filth that’s in this room and yet I get told I can stay here until my stay is over because I was rude and I didn’t show up at 12pm when I specifically told the rude ghetto animal that I have a job and had to be at work. But because they all live on property they feel as if it’s ok to treat customers like garbage. Apparently they were raised to be trashy nasty rude animals they are not even people because humans don’t treat people the way I have been treated. But I will be personally calling the better business bureau and the Arizona department of health services and report this place because no human nor animal should have to stay in a trashy place under these conditions. I will honestly say please save your money and stay elsewhere. I mean these females that live here are so rude and trashy that my pair of Jordan’s that I have on probably costs more then everything they own. Very very very worst place to stay even the prisons are cleaner then these rooms.

If I could give a lower rating I would! It was not a very pleasant place to stay at all! Second hand mattresses from the Marriott,  crappy pillows, very limited tv. Then to top it all off, when we got up & used the facilities, sewage leaked into our bathroom from the base of the toilet!  We left in a big hurry, took hours to get rid of the smell that remained in our noses! Of course we let management know of the crisis! But they still charged us for a full nights stay! At the very least they could have given us a partial refund! And not even an apology! Worst place ever! I would advise NEVER staying there!

Worst EVER!

My brother had an interview at Hamilton High School in Chandler. We wanted to stay at the Comfort Inn but it cost $162. At the Chandler Inn it cost $89 for one night. While my brother was at the interview, I stayed at the hotel and hangout in the room. Our room was nice, it had 2 beds non-smoking room, microwave, refrigerator, and a really nice LG Flat-Screen TV with COX Digital channels. The receptionist Jennifer was really nice and she understood my needs because I requested a late check-out so she gave it to me until 1:00 PM which I was very appreciative. There was no complimentary or continental breakfast but there was a gas station right next store if you wanted to get something to eat or drink. My family and I are definitely going to come back very soon and stay here longer.

I reserved 2 nights for my son who was driving in late Friday night. When he got there he saw very obvious prostitutes walking around the parking lot. He checked in and got on his room and saw a needle on the bathroom counter.  He then pulled back the bedspread and there were blood stains on the sheets, the phone was on the floor because there was no table to put it on. The next door over had a guy sitting outside with the radio blaring. He went back to the front desk and told Alesha he wanted his money back and told her all the reasons why about the place being filthy. Alesha told him they have a No Refund policy, period.  He was to tired to argue so he left. The next day he went back and told the girl that he want to cancel Saturday nights stay, this was 9am Saturday, Sarah the morning front desk girl said too bad, he paid for 2 nights and they have a No Refund policy, period. He barely got his $50 deposit back, his $270 for 2 nights was gone. The owner didn't want to be bothered and didn't care. Freaking ridiculous!!

not sure where they got the pics for the website but it wasn't at this rat trap! TVS from the 80s that barely work, rooms that haven't been updated since Nixon, maintenance men entering your room in the middle of the night when you are sleeping. And this is on top of their total lack of hospitality. I am a traveling pipefitter and have stayed in motel rooms all over the country for the last 20 yrs and this place was easily the worst place Ive ever stayed. we were here almost 3 months and didn't have our sheets changed once, had to tackle the maid for a clean towel and bribe her just to vacuum once a week!! On top of all this the raised our already exuberant rate after being here for 2 months! And the best for last..the water heatres are located outside so if you want to take a at least WARM shower you have to wake up 30 minutes early and crank the central heat up, 10 minutes before you want to shower turn it on and let it run. Now youcan finally take a luke warm shower. I could go on but I think yall got the picture, avoid this rat trap at all costs

When you check in, they make 2 charges to your card - 1 for the room and one for a security deposit.  They tell you that the security charge will be returned, but that it may take 3 weeks. 

5 weeks later it's still on my card. I called them and they tell me there's nothing they can do. 

I'm reporting it as card fraud. Save yourself this hassle and stay elsewhere.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!
Rented a room here because I had an important test on Saturday morning at 730 am and I live 3-5 hours away depending on speed and traffic. Otherwise I would have drove down that morning. I got no sleep making sure that my family would wake up with no bite marks. Plus, I was downright sick to my stomach. 
They Have BED BUGS!!!!!! 
This place in not safe for anyone not even if you are a LOT LIZZARD!!!  No hot water after running for 45 minutes. Pool looks like someone pissed in it or something last year! They tried to up my deposit when I arrived. TV only got the sports channel.  Beds had not fitted sheets just 2 flat sheets. Cut my trip short even though I was told by the manager that they would have a different room for me by 4 pm because the room that was rented out was not supposed to be rented at all, which tells me that they already knew of the problems the room had before they rented it out. I returned to the room at 4 pm to find out if they had another room for and they did not even know what I was talking about (different person in the office) no messages were passed from shift to shift. I returned a 2nd time because forgot something and they were cleaning the room getting it ready for someone else. The afternoon office person is named Alexis, she is always on her personal cell phone while she is working. She was extremely rude and downright disrespectful. Gave me a nasty look and grunt when I told her that there was BED BUGS in the entire room and in every piece of furniture. 
THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!!!!! SO, IF YOU WANT BIT ALL NIGHT FEEL FREE TO STAY HERE!!!  The room number is 125 so if you must stay there make sure it is not that room!!!
I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE I CARE ABOUT
