Place is a dump. Outside office. Lots of shady characters. Parking lot activity all night. Bathroom ceiling peeling, cracked. Couch covered with a  sheet. Spots on the bedspread.  Burn marks on the tub.

Black mold forming in the upper corner of the bathroom, and all over the ceiling of the bed area. Room smells musty and damp.

Other guests were talking, loudly, all night long!!!!!!

Sheets had hair and what looked like cigarette ash. 

If I could give this zero rating, I would. 

Do not stay here. Please, if you can take anything from all of the reviews on this place, just don't stay here. Literally, pay the extra money, it is actually worth it. 

We minimized our time at the place to avoid being in the room longer than we needed to. 

Any locals, contact the health department since that really looks like black mold.

Condemn this hellhole

Upping entry of my room there is a blood stain on the light switch and the couch and bed are dirty! I told front desk and he told me he couldn’t refund or change my room because “I had already used it”. There is a slug in my bathroom! I’m calling corporate first thing in the morning because this is ridiculous. The best he could offer is that housekeeping would come clean my room and they’ll probably only come do a half ass job. Also the stairwell smells like straight piss and there are crackheads roaming everywhere. Spend your money elsewhere and don’t bother coming to this hell hole.

Old tired and dirty. No breakfast despite what we were told when checked in. Area could be perceived as dangerous.  Puddled water everywhere due to property maintenance issues.  Some occupants are semi-permanent.  AC worked and that was good.

I did not actually end up staying here, but I booked a 2 night stay via Choice Hotel. I needed to change the reservation the day before and was told by Choice Hotel customer service that it was past the reservation cancelation deadline. They said that I would need to contact the hotel directly and that they would submit a request to the hotel for me stating that I needed to cancel it and why. When I called the hotel, the front desk worker told me that he could not find my reservation and that it must be at another location. I verified the address with him, but he continued to insist that I did not have a reservation with them. He then told me that I made the reservation and I needed to cancel it. I told him that's what I was doing as Choice Hotel told me to call him directly to cancel. He repeated the same line and then hung up on me. I would never EVERY stay at this hotel with service like that.

Absolute Worst Front Desk Staff!!

Made you stand out in 40 deg weather at 415pm bc you had to use night window. Looked like this was for all time. Had pet. Nowhere except at the window was it said that $100 was deposit and $20/day must be paid in cash.  Not even coffee was available in office or in room. Heat was not turned on and took hours before it was comfortable. so was dissapointed

Overall disappointment with the expectations of the room.  Cigarette smell in the non smoking hotel and room.  Building in need of major renovations.   The breakfast consisted of fruit and small muffins that was completed gone by 7:00 am.  Coffee was decent.

I checked in to my room and as I walk in and noticed a foul smell that filled the room. The door was filthy, the tv was dusty because they never clean it. Towels smelled like they werent washed for weeks. AC unit was very digusting and had a dead bee on the floor right below it!!! There was spills from juice on the floor further proving that this staff just doesnt care. Stains all over the wall. Stains on the toilet, airvent hasnt been cleaned in years. There was nothing good about this place. I was talking to someone that was there for a week and they told me that their room hasnt been serviced once since theyve been there. I left early in the am. NEVER AGAIN will i stay there. This hotel needs a MAJOR upgrade.

Avoid this place!!!

Not by my choice I got a freebie when my flight was canceled in Charlotte, but even freebies have limits. 
The receptionist who had to deal with the barrage of angry tired passengers was lovely, but that was it. 
The place reeks - the lobby as well as the open corridors downstairs and upstairs. 
EconoLodge Tear the place down
Not by my choice I got a freebie from American Airlines when they canceled my trip in Charlotte, but even freebies have limits. 
The receptionist who had to deal with the barrage of angry tired passengers was lovely, but that was it. The welcome all around was the worst smell ever.

The wall in the room were puckered with from water damage and paint patching - see the pictures. 
The lamp was disconnected and when I moved the bedside stand I found bugs. 
I asked for a handicapped room - hoping for better accommodations - what a joke! I could hardly open the "handicap un-accessible room" door (on the third floor). No shower, only  tub, and the "accessibility accommodation" was a bench outside the tub. The shower head was high above me and could not be reached or moved. 
The sink dripped and the noise from the road was so close I was sure there was no window. 
The place does not need renovation, it should be torn down to fix all the problems.

It should not even be renovated - TEAR IT DOWN!

Our flight was delayed twelve hours and the airline put us up here. The shuttle service runs 24 hours. Good place to take a hot shower. The shuttle driver might drive a little slower, but otherwise we slept well. Modest furnishings, but it was mostly clean.
