I spend 12-14 weeks a year on motorcycle road trips and stay in many different hotels and motels. 

This Rodeway Inn was great! Friendly and accommodating hosts,   super clean and spacious rooms, watchful security, and fresh morning coffee!

Gas stations and fast food restaurants are nearby. Other touristy things I was wanting to see were a bit further. Certainly I'd stay here again when visiting Charlotte! 

Great Stay

We checked in at midnight. Were charged more than the listed price. Not enough parking. Blood stain on the bathroom fixture. Loaded with cockroaches. I don’t know who is leaving these positive reviews. Must be the hotel itself. They have a sign in the office that states 95% cleanliness which is a blatant lie!  If we hadn’t driven all day we would leave and drive home to Florida. This is the most disgusting place we have ever stayed in.  We are sleeping with the lights on definitely. 

Filthiest motel ever!!!

Easy on and off the hwy.  Nothing fancy but a clean place to lay your head down after a long day at the track.  Breakfast was basic.  no hot items.  The service was great when we had an issue it was quickly taken care of

The breakfast was ok, the coffee was hot and good.  The breakfast area was neat and clean.

Business Trip

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly. There's a small refrigerator and microwave, but no coffee maker or iron. Not a big deal; there was coffee in the lobby. The hotel itself is not in the best part of town, but I did not feel un-safe while on property. I would stay here again.

Exactly what you expect in a budget hotel.

Was there for Auto Fair three nights. Clean and everything works. All we were looking for when we go to these type of venues. A little high compared to some of the other places, but a little nicer. Front desk friendly and efficient. 

OK for swap meet guys.

Hotel staff was pleasant enough, Rooms were OK, clean and comfortable, but their amenities in the room are very very minimal. No hairdryer, no coffeemaker - not even the ones that make just a single cup. We were going to walk to a restaurant close by - but I felt very uncomfortable, given a few characters we observed close by. None of the usual restaurants or even fast food places close by. I understand that it was a Sunday - but even the Chinese take-out was closed.  Very very limited breakfast.   I would not stay there again.
