The East room was very clean and comfortable.  Nice touch to have a small refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, plates, cups and utensils.  Very peaceful and quiet place.  This was my 2nd time staying in the East room and I will definitely return.  Bob is very courteous and makes you feel welcome, he has great suggestions for places to visit and eat nearby.

Loved our stay

An INCREDIBLE STAY !!! Our suite WITH A FIREPLACE was the perfect accommodation…,and I was in the hotel business !   Bob, the owner, couldn’t have done more to make my wife and my stay any better.  10 Stars minimum!!!!

THE VERY BEST!!!!

We took 2 of the 3 available guest rooms and were pleased with both.  The larger room was quite spacious and the other was an appropriate size for 1 - 2 people.  Each room was also well appointed.  Chatham Guest Rooms are a great bargain and are located only about 2 miles from downtown Chatham.  The grounds are in need of substantial pruning in front and behind the house.  That didn't impact our stay as it was cold and rainy while we were there, but it does take away from the charm of this old house.

Great Value in Chatham

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Chatham Guest Rooms.  Our Host was friendly & informative.  The room was comfortable & complete.  It's conveniently located about a mile from the center of town.   I absolutely recommend this guesthouse for anyone wishing to explore Chatham.

Great Location, Room, and Service

This was our second visit to Bob and Danielle's beautiful property!  This time we stayed in the main suite and enjoyed the fireplace and the peace and solitude.  Bob is a gracious host.   The suite had all the amenities you could think of and it's a great location!   Thank you again and we will be back for sure!

Wonderful place to stay in Chatham!

I love the Garden Room because of the large deck space. I have stayed in the other rooms and enjoyed them too, but the outside space is great. Plus lots of room, comfortable furnishings. Easy walking distance to several excellent restaurants - Del Mar Bistro, the new Pate's and Mac's Fish & Lobster.

The Main Suite is lovely, comfortable, and immaculate.  No amenity  detail was overlooked.   Bob is gracious and knowledgeable......his recommendations and suggestions are helpful.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations and I look forward to a future visit.

Exceptional accommodation!

This is the perfect get away with wonderful hosts and an intimate guest room. The location is perfect with easy access to main street and so many wonderful spots just a short drive away. It's obvious that the owners care about the property and thier guests, with all of the amenities you could want at the tip of your fingers. We appreciate all of the care and attention that goes into the entire expereince. Thank you Bob and team!!! We are so happy to know you!

Fabulous and quaint - wonderful owners - couldn't be better!!!

Delightful host and accommodations, conveniently located near attractions and services.  The lovely second story room under the eaves has plenty of natural light and is very comfortable and private.  Best of all, our welcoming host met our schedule and our needs with efficiency and warmth.  Definitely a place we would stay again.

Excellent host and accommodations

The place looks overgrown and neglected. Many advertised "amenities " were either not working or not maintained. The owner was very rude and pretentious. The location is not very good as it is on a very busy road and not within walking distance to any restaurants, attractions, or beaches. We have rented many places in Cape Cod over the years and this was by far one of the worst. The photos on the website do not accurately represent the guest rooms as they depict a clean and well maintained property. It became evident rather quickly that the spirit of hospitality was truly lacking in these proprietors. With so many other wonderful rental options in Cape Cod, it might be time for these hosts to up their game and remember that their guests are doing them the favor of choosing to stay with them and NOT the other way around!
