The shower was great. The beds were comfy. But I left a book and they said they would send it back and it’s been almost a month and we haven’t received it yet… we called like two days after we left about the book and gave them our card info.

Beds broken. People smoking dope outside of the room . The most dispicable customer service I've ever encountered. Spent five minutes in the room and had another hotel booked immediately. I've stayed in many hotels in my life. This one is last on my list.

This is the 2nd review I have posted on this hotel in 2 days. For some reason, the original AND the post I put on Tripadvisor for the same dates never appeared. Hmmmm...
The shower was the best thing in the room. The bathroom itself, the walls were filthy, the floor just dirty. Pretty disgusting overall. The bed was ok, but the pillowcases were (hopefully) just worn to the nth degree or stained. The bed cover on both beds were stained.
OUTSIDE... it looks like a third world hotel. The stairway was filthy, and there are signs everywhere not to smoke or vape..
The check in person greeted us in bare feet, and needs some training on customer service. Bare feet? Unreal. Her two memorable comments were "we have kind of a breakfast in the morning', and "no, there is no bathroom for the public". (I'm not the public, I'm a customer, I just paid for 2 rooms.)
We returned to the room and could not find the remote, We found it under the covers of the bed. I had been called earlier that afternoon by the front desk (I let it go to voicemail) and the manager harangued me because the remote was missing when they cleaned the room, as I said it was in the bed that the hotel made. Then the manager came to our room to reprimand me for taking the remote out of the room and to never remove anything from the room.
This is a low end operation, certainly not the 8.2 that the sign in the lobby for hotels.com has, or the 8.5 Booking.com rating that the sign shows.
I's rank it 5.0.

the pictures are old, the place is dirty

Highly recommend!  For less than $70/night, it's clean, has free wi-fi and parking, a microwave, fridge, an in-room coffee maker,  and the coolest shower I've ever seen.  It has about 5 knobs on it and water coming from everywhere!  The free breakfast is minimal, but it's nice to get a free cup of coffee and a snack before you hit the road.  I would definitely stay here again if I was passing through Chattanooga!  

Highly Recommended!

If I could rate this hotel a minus 10 I would. When we arrived at the hotel to check in the clerk was very rude. When we asked to check the room out he gave us a key to a room. My wife and I went and checked it out, it wasn’t the cleanest hotel room that we’ve stayed in but we said that it would do. When we went back to finish the check in process the clerk took back the key of the room that we had checked out and gave us the key to another room. When I questioned him on why he said that the room we had checked was a disability room and that we were not disabled. We then asked if we could check out the new room he said no that we had already checked out a room. I then told him that I was not going to accept a room that I had not checked out. He became very rude and started speaking in a language that I did not understand. After several minutes of arguing back and forth about the reason for and not allowing us to check the different room, I told him that we were not going to stay there and to cancel our reservations.

Beware

Terrible experience. There was hair around the sink. In both beds. I told the receptionist and all she said was there was no extra rooms or extra sheets. I asked what she suggested I do and she said "take the sheet off and shake it out". She was very rude and not friendly at all. I do not recommend this place at all. Wish there was a corporate number to report too. Also the receptionist did not have any shoes or socks on either which you would think would break health violation.

Over night stay

F+-& this place. F$_&#it. The f)(+-ng check in person would not help me with the broken TV. Told me to go F/)(+ AWAY. I hated it and would like my money back. She told me to go fk+-& my self. Is 0 stars possible?

Cheap for a reason. The shower was hard to use and when we asked the lady at the front desk how to work it she didn’t even know, and the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Other than that, it was alright. It was pretty quiet and no one bothered us

Decent

Horrible, horrible experience. They were rude and hotel was not clean. They do not tent rooms to local people and made no attempt to ease the situation. I booked the hotels.com and no where does it mention this policy. When asked the child behind the front desk said it was on their website. Would not get a manager and when I asked for her name, she refused to give it.

What a horrible experience!

Woman at front desk was hostile from the get go. Cancelled our reservation because of a policy not on their website (we lived within 40 miles of the hotel). The woman at the front desk then lied to booking.com (who we booked through) stating the policy is on their website.
