This place is a drug riddled trap house the manager Phillips deals meth crack and several other drugs out of the office window this goes on from 9 pm till 6 am. The management are all criminals and the owner Bob is aware of a this. There are shooting there and nothing is done. There is nothing good about this place. When you leave your room unattended phillip the manager goes in and helps himself. While I was there to get this story which will be published soon I kept 2 phones on me recording with one a the time. They knew me by another name there my cover story was that I was on the run. This place has got some surprises coming in the next few days thats gonna shut them down. Stay away at all cost. Maybe when thus us done and new management has it it will be better. The photo that are attached are Phillip the manager on duty in the office openly drinking a beer while on duty. This is what you get.

Drunks and drugs criminal management

They had guys knocking on doors selling God knows what. There where two um..... how should I put it lady’s of the night running dudes in and out we were there 30 minutes and we just left I can deal with dirty but I can’t do unsafe and this place was unsafe


Don’t do it. 

Customer Service is not Airport Inn's focus. There was a hole in the door from the inside with tissue in it in room 232. It is a smoking room, however the yellow blanket had cigarette burn holes which is unacceptable. There are stains on the walls, 2 refrigerator where one worked and the other did not. They could have removed the other one. The TV channel line up posted was incorrect. It shows HBO is channel 99, but they dud not have HBO as advertised. The channels stopped in the 40s. We were moved to a different room, 234, but there was a hole in the bathroom wall with tissue in it also. We were told they changed Their TV service provider and HBO was either 42 or 52, but there was no HBO. The channel lineup was the same. When we checked out the lady was very rude. She did not show any concern when we expressed our issues. She kept trying to end our conversation.

I had called the hotel not once but three times because we was trying to book the hotel and I explained to the lady we would be at the hotel after 10pm our time 11pm her time. I gave her the name also the card number expiries date she even asked me to spell the name out so I did. when we got to the hotel there was a man there and didn't have any of our information but he knew we wanted 2 rooms which I had told the lady earlier that day. I tried asking him who the lady was because clearly if you didn't have our information she didn't do her job but some how he knew we wanted 2 rooms. he was very rude let people go ahead of us that was behind us so we decided to leave but he was very rude. I even called the number I had talked to the lady on and told him I was just making sure this was the right place and showed him I called 3 times earlier that day. very rude people

customer serivce was awful

We had reservations, we drive in and it was a dump on the outside, the cover on the a/c was falling off, could see curtains falling off the windows,doors that look like they wasn't shutting good to the rooms. NOTTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS HOTEL.IT'S A DUMP....STAY AWAY!!!!!!

A PURE DUMP

The building upon arrival looks hideous & makes you want to hit a you turn and just miss the few dollars you’ve wasted. The front desk lady wasn’t that friendly. The hallways are freshly painted and looks great maybe they should invest into decorating the outside as well. The walls are scrapped up inside the room. The blankets look like they came from the goodwill. The sheets were dingy and had hair in them. The bath tub is stained, the toilet takes forever to flush. This was a last minute stay my favorite hotel was booked... I’ve had waaaay better for $100 a week. Seriously need to update the rooms & more importantly the outside to appear more appealing. Air conditioning was great, 1/2 of the refrigerators got the job done.. Rm 236!
