This place was awful. I booked two rooms and when going to the first it reeked of smoke and mustiness. When I went to the second it didn’t smell as bad, but still had the faint odor of smoke and must. It appeared clean, but our kids were about crying thinking we’d have to stay there. Also, the vibe was very sketchy feeling. We did not feel safe.

Not family friendly.

It was ok. They are doing a remodel so the pool was down and there was stuff everywhere. The room was nice and newly renovated. It wasn't very quiet. You could hear everything. The bed had a comforter between the spread and sheet and it was filthy...GROSS.  I just turned it way down and tried not to touch it. The room smelled like cigarettes. It was clean other than the comforter. It was an extremely comfortable mattress. 

Ok for one night.

The renovation that's been done since my last stay is a completely different hotel. My wife loves the walk in shower . Its not easy being able to find a hotel with smoking rooms available and it was nice not to have to walk outside every time i wanted to smoke. I will definitely be returning on our trip home.

Stay experience

i booked a king room and paid ahead of time. when we arrived got key went to room it had not been cleaned. went back to desk gave us key to another room on second floor (I requested bottom floor) my husband went to room while I started getting stuff from car. Second room was a double room. Had to take stuff back to car and make 3rd trip to office.  Office staff said the only king room available was dirty one and a bottom floor double did just come available and that was all they had.  I said the double room was cheaper than a king room and they could refund the difference. They said rooms were all same price. I said no they are not. A double was $10 cheaper than a king. They said either take the room or cancel it were my options. I always try to stay at Wyndam Motels after this experience I will not anymore. 

This Baymont/Wyndham let us down

The property has recently had new management as I understand... When I stayed the ice machine (the only one) was broken.. and when I asked if there was any available.. was told rudely that there was a gas station back on the road. Rooms not super clean.. and the staff was just rude.

The room smelled like a smoke lounge the toilet ran the whole time and the remote didn't work but for the price it was ok. The person that checked us in was awesome and very helpful. I really wished it wasn't so stinky

Stinky

Pool was empty. Room was unclean. Fridge was covered in dirty tape, and microwave was broken. Walls were dirty and damaged. Was told because we were there for more than 15 minutes we could not receive a refund even though we did not stay. We drove 3 hr home in the middle of the night.

Need I say more.  Bathrooms clean. Bedroom appeared presentable, but with severely stained sheets. . Nice desk.
Traffic noise. Check-in rules about a deposit seamed fishy. I was exhausted , so I stayed. 


Stained sheets

Although the staff is friendly, the cleaning standards of the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Up on entering my room, I had to move the dresser to plug the lamp and TV in. When I did, there was an old BenGay tube, a women's razer head, and other trash behind the dresser. But, it gets better. After working almost 2 straight days, I was tired and in desperate need of a shower. Little did I know that I would be showering with a bunch of extra guests in the form of mold. All over the top of the shower. You could see where the mold on the walls had just been painted over. Pretty sure the mold was trying to do a hostile takeover on the washcloth bar. Pictures attached.

This is the second hotel chain I have stayed at this month here in Chattanooga, and both have subpar cleaning standards.
