I had the pleasure of staying in a Manilow owned apartment at 1 West Superior street for a few months. My apartment on the 45th floor was very smartly furnished and provided every comfort to make it feel like a home away from home. The furniture, linens and kitchen and laundry facilities were all of the highest quality. The weekly cleaning service was one of the best I have experienced - everything was spotless. 
The building itself is quiet and well run. The neighbors were friendly and the building services (gym, library, cafe with free coffee in the mornings etc.) were all well maintained and furnished. 
The view from my apartment (4512) was breathtaking - and it was a pleasure to sit on the very comfortable sofa and just look out onto the city.  
The building is in an excellent location - above a Wholefoods which is accessible through the lobby. It is close to major shopping, dinning and entertainment venues in Chicago - everything is a short walk or cab ride away (more likely walk!)
The Manilow team run everything with great warmth and efficiency. I was involved in an accident while in Chicago and the Manilow team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They were always quick to reply to emails, give advice, and arrange things so that I felt well cared for. 
This was my first time staying with Manilow, and I wouldn't even consider going with someone else - their service is hands down the best. A great big thanks to Miriam and the team.

Stylish apartment, exceptional service

I came to Chicago for work and stayed here for a month and this place was a great introduction to the city. I love the River North neighborhood, and the Manilow Suites staff is terrific! Thanks for everything.

Great building, great stay!

I chose this location to be near work, trains, and food. I stayed here during my relocation, so ease of getting around was important to me and I was thrilled to have a grocery store, cleaners/alterations, and package acceptance in the building. Superior is a very quiet building, and even though I was there during the coldest months of the year, I rarely needed to run the heat because the building is also very efficient.  Neighbors are nice, and the door staff was welcoming both morning and night. 

Manilow ensures that you have everything you need to make the transition easy and as stress free as possible. The furnishings are very comfortable, and they supply everything needed for cooking as well as bathroom supplies. Having someone clean the apartment on a regular basis was also a huge plus as I didn't have time to do so given my work and travel schedules.  The ladies at Manilow stay in touch to ensure that you have everything you need, and they respond to questions very quickly.  The check-in process is seamless, and they provide written instructions with your key so that you know where everything is, contact information, apartment cleaning schedule, and check-out instructions.  They are very professional and clearly understand how to please their clients and provide GREAT customer service.  

I hated to leave both the apartment and Manilow, but alas, that is part of relocating.  However, I cannot recommend Manilow enough, and if you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Chicago, you cannot go wrong with One Superior Place.

Both Manilow and 1 Superior Place are great!

Great place to stay, very clean and business oriented, but if you looking for a great extended stay place for a long weekend in Chicago, 1 Superior Place put s you in the middle of all of it.

Business Training

AWESOME location. Walking distance to the whole downtown area. I lived here for a summer and loved every minute of it. The pool and gym are great, and it's nice that there is security at the front desk - although it can be a pain if you want to have friends visit.
