What was good

The room was literally just plain clean. Literally cleaner than popular companies at 2x the price or more. The hotel as a whole was as well. Even though there was recent concrete work on one walkway, the place was impeccable. A surprise gem in that neighborhood.

What was bad

Only things I can really complain about is the ice machine was currently down (but there's a convenience store with cheap ice bags just a block and a half away), and the towels are hella thin (but they'll give you extra if you ask).
