Very comfortable and clean everything is within walking distance prices are reasonable there are some rooms that are still a work in progress but the manager is doing progress everyday and he has some great ideas for things around there 

OTRDRIVER 

The good things, check-in was fast and easy, desk person was efficient and friendly, the main manager was excitably interested in satisfying everyone, and we survived the night.  Parking with a trailer was available although a walk from the room, there's a second building close (and I mean close) to the highway.  The door faced the road noise and it went on all night long. 

The bathroom floor was beautiful mid-century tile, probably original to the building..but so was the carpet which was not so pretty.  The room was probably "clean" but everything was worn out several years ago.  The chair in the room looked like it came off the top of the pile at the dump.  The shower was passable with medium water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Hey, it was one night and we survived, it was just a lot different than the pictures show and the other reviews made it sound a lot better than it was. I would not stay here again with the knowledge gained on the first visit, to each his own.

Not exactly as portrayed in some of the other reviews...

The front desk person, Neal, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. 
I highly recommend this hotel, and I will stay here again. Great job!

Great place to stay!

Everything was ok except the bathroom. It looks like it wasn't clean, or some parts were missing at the process of cleaning. No stinky or moldy smells. If I need to, I will stay again. The breakfast was so good, I've never seen that much food before.

Close to restaurants and stores

I have stayed here over 3 months, this the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at and the security is top notch! The staff are excellent, the manager Neil has been the nicest and informative person I’ve met! He runs a tight ship you won't see any unsavory people here! The cleaning ladies do an excellent cleaning every other day they come in and do a total clean of your room changing sheets and everything! I would recommend this place to anybody that wants  a great clean and comfortable beds and rooms! This place is a 5 star in my opinion!!

Cleanest and safest hotel in Chillicothe, Ohio

I did not personally stay at this establishment but I do have a reason to highly recommend them. My girlfriend was traveling and stopped at this hotel when her car battery died. The general manager immediately came to her assistance, jumped her car, and made her feel safe, comfortable, and respected. This establishment has to be high quality because the man running this hotel certainly is. Thank you!

High integrity General Manager

filthy chair, carpet, and bathroom(see pictures) Smelled like mildew and urine. I've been here in the past, and have watched it deteriorate.  This will be my last time. The chair was disgusting, the caked up gunk in the bathroom corners, and had a strong smell of urine and mold.

Neil! hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had!!! Clean rooms and affordable prices! Couldn’t asked for anything better ! One hundred percent would recommend! If anyone is looking for someone to treat you right and understanding of your preferences this hotel is the one!!

Neil, the manager, is creating a special environment at the motel.  When he learned that I was walking Across America he made a effort to connect with his quality accommodations, his detail for safety and a special customer contact that builds loyalty.

I was impressed by the precautions implemented because of Covid-19.  The lobby was closed, but signs directed me to go to the back.  There I found the owner/manager in a small area surrounded by plexiglass.

The hotel was clean and surprisingly quiet given how close they are to the highway.  I hope to stay here again.
