Nice and clean. Better than I expected. Great price, too. 

Easy access in and out of parking lot. Very good for business traveler. Also, budget conscience family. 

Clerk friendly and helpful. I will stat here again.

Simple budget motel in the town centre. Room was large and the bed was huge. Clean and comfortable. No frills, carpet was showing its age but perfectably clean. Microwave. Fridge and air conditioner, all working. Stafff  helpful.

Basic but more that adequate

Filthiest place I've ever stayed. Room smelled like an ashtray even tho it was non smoking.  Carpet was dirty and sticky. Walls and doors were dirty. I walked to the nearby Dollar General for sanitizing wipes to clean the bathroom and all surfaces I was going to use plus doorknobs and light switches. Refrigerator and microwave had food splatter in them.  No hot water in the morning to take a shower.  Bath mat was dirty.

STAY AWAY!

The mattress and box spring were covered with bedbugs. I reported the findings to the desk clerk. He offered me to look at another room, but I declined I was too grossed out. I was denied a refund. This place is a dump and needs to be reported to the health department.

stayed here one night cost over 100.00. not very nice. one soda machine no diet drinks. burger king next door. will not stay here again. Got tired and had to stop. should have gone 10 more miles. very small hotel gues about 25 rooms. no elevator.

The hotel room was. Dirty. The sink drained slower than the mystery brown liquid dripped from the ceiling. The mold from the room still makes it hard for me to breathe. The staff was gruff and unapologetic. I'd find somewhere else.

Stayed here because there were no hotels in the area with non-smoking rooms due to Radford University's homecoming/family weekend. This is a 1 star hotel and should be no more than $30 a night. Unfortunately, we paid $100 per night - extortion. You have to be buzzed into the tiny office. That should have been our first clue. There is nowhere to hang clothes. The furnishings, etc were flea market finds from the 1970s and I'm pretty sure the place has not had anything done to it since that era. And there was what looked like blood on the bedspread - I'm not kidding.  I am astounded this place is up to building code. If my husband wasn't with me I would not have stayed in this place. This being said the place was not filthy or moldy- but very dated with banged up furnishings, peeling paint and very old carpet, etc. Apart from the blood on the bedspread (!), it was as clean as a room/bathroom that has not been updated in 3 decades can be. And the young lady that checked us in is very polite and kind. BUT seriously, it's mindnumbing that they extorted $100 per night for this dump in an unsafe area.

Dumpy but clean and certainly not worth more than $30 per night.
