The booking cost was $15 cheaper than competitors so that was a plus. Also, check in and check out we’re quick. The room had everything we needed and was clean. We arrived at 10:30 pm and were given a close room so we were in it within 10 min. 

Great stay

Wesley at the front  desk was o e of the most caring  I've, ans answered  all are question if all motels had people   like him they would have allt of business I  abbaoukty  loved his manners and got me the best rate he xould within his position. Again I would.recomme6 thus to all.my family rooms are frrT nice clean beds are great and I can't thank welly enough how he Intercountrer3 with people  he had a smile the whole time and got a room we asked for so this place has changes  he's the general manager  and is doing great  at his job.doesnt make him Nad vauS he don't want partying in the room are loud people again I've had no issues ans wesly was the best ever thank you again Wesley 

Front desk is amazing the staff

I had the most unfortunate stay here. 3 night stay because I had my dogs and had there been another hotel that accepted dogs in the area, I would have left after 1st 15 minutes. No amenties in room (fridge, microwave, etc), mismarked labels on hot and cold water in shower (seriously), dented door, no soundproofing, hotel staff that ignores calls, no extra pillows or towels at front desk, rude staff, etc. Foumd out afterwards, I needed to be pyschic and ask for a room with a fridge, etc (shouldn't that be basic customer service for the clerk to ask if they would be needed - oh, wait - this staff has 0 customer service). I have complained to corporate office and to hotel directly to ask for a refund. I have requested callbacks from manager, hotel owner to no avail. If you like the motel 6 family, skip this one and keep going to Idaho Falls - this place is the WORST of the WORST! Oh, btw - 3 nights of he'll for $179.84!

WORST HOTEL IN THE MOTEL 6 FAMILY

Older motel with inconvenient metal stairs that wrap around to the rooms.  Definitely in need of refurb.  Room was okay altho I did flush it out with sanitizer prior to bringing in our stuff during these covid times as I just didn't trust it.  TV stations spotty.  Wifi spotty.  No toiletries.  No coffee pot.  Small hard towells.

Uncomfortable stay being a female as the lower level was for extended stays only; i.e. possible homeless and area workers as there were a lot of men standing outside the rooms smoking and chatting.

Still it could have been worse.  So gave it two stars.

Can't recommend and won't return.

You get what you pay for?

The outside looks promising and it also has a pool, however the rooms and facilities were not very clean.  The bed looked ok however the next day (too late to avoid bites) I discovered bed bugs had attacked me overnight, and I spent a very uncomfortable flight home and following week.  I have complained on the companies website,  as advised,  but received no reply 5 days post filing at the time if posting this review.
It was not cheap or expensive but would not have expected bed bugs!!

this place was clean safe secure and actually had a fish swimming pool that was open. Unlike other Motel 6 is that told us they had swimming pools and we found out they were not open yet. I would recommend this Motel six to anyone

Everything was great

To Motel 6 is both did not have work in pools we were wondering what this Motel 6 would be like? as it turned out it was a really nice Motel 6 it was actually clean the service was good and the swimming pool was actually open. Also we did not see any druggies anywhere on the property. What a miracle after the last two Motel 6 hotels actually after the last four if you count the ones when we travel down to Texas. This Motel 6 was great the washing area was good the washers and dryers for both clean and worked and that's enough

First motel we staying at traveling that actually had to pull that work

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Where do I begin... The first non-smoking room we were put in smelled like urine that was attempted to be masked with some sort of chemical. The second room smelled much better, but after settling in we realized that the ac didn't work at all. We figured we could deal with it for a night, so we decided to stay. Throughout the stay we ran out of toilet paper (and we only stayed for one night), we did not have enough towels or pillows, the laundry was not working, the shower WAS NOT CLEANED AT ALL (disgusting), the screen on the window was broken and since the ac was not working we left the window open and felt vulnerable all night.
Now on to the customer service. We called them the next day around 5 (we were traveling, so it was later than we would have liked) and spoke to Dan to try and get our money back. We were told that we would get a response within 48 hours, and if we didn't to call them back. We waited 60+ hours and never heard from them, so we called them back again and spoke to Wayne. We were informed that the 48 hours did not start until the next day (even though they never specified that), and that they would call us the next morning at 9. Wayne told us there were no managers around for us to speak to, and just to wait for their call. We waited for them to call at 9 and never heard from them. We gave them a couple extra hours, called back and spoke with Dan again. He told us that we would just have to wait for them to contact us. At this point they still have not contacted us and have made us wait on the phone for close to an hour. If there is ever an update, I will post it here but please...DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY OPTION. We stayed at another Hotel 6 the night before and had a great experience, but the customer service at this specific place (Motel 6 Pocatello, Chubbuck) has been deplorable.

Never stay here

We stayed here the last three nights. Definitely would of left if the city of Pocatello wasn’t sold out for a state wrestling tournament. This wash cloth is from wiping the nightstand and remote off the evening we arrived.I almost puked.  When I got out of bed, my toes accidentally went under the bed a little...the floor was dirty and rough! You could tell when the floor gets mopped with a dirty mop bucket. Absolutely discussing. The dirt was built up around the floor edges especially in the bathroom door frame. Blood was splattered by the toilet. We used our towels to clean the room and were surprised we we returned and the room was untouched. Rooms are only  serviced every other day. So we had to go ask for clean towels. Fortunately, we had brought our own blanket and pillows. The last day the room was “serviced” and the sink wasn’t even cleaned. I am blond and my husband is bald after our room was serviced there was a brunette hair ball in the corner. I understand you get what you pay for with amenities but cleanliness should be expected! We will never stay at a Motel 6 again!

Never Again! FILTHY

I love the city of Pocatello!  Everyone is so nice and friendly and the landscape is beautiful.   This is a nice and very clean Motel 6.  It is in a great location near shops and restaurants.   I learned the hard way that Motel 6 properties do not have elevators.  Even though it is only two floors if you are carrying heavy luggage be prepared.   Motel 6 does not offer hair dyers either.  This room was very comfortable, the air worked extremely well and the employees were very friendly.
