Clean, Safe, & Cheap.  Is that possible? Yes here it is.  The owners & employees take pride in their hotel.  Great for a no frills decent place to rest.  The rooms are average sized for a economical hotel.  Kept up nicely.  They gave us a $5 gift certificate to Subway when we checked in as a thank you.  Great job Value Inn.  See you next time.

Clean Cheap Safe

Owner very pleasant, plenty of food choices near by. Walmart less than 1  mile away. Nothing fancy here but clean nice hotel free continental breakfast. Owner gave $5 gift card for Wendy's. Microwave and fridge 8n room.

Clean stay

We stayed at this hotel and I didnt expect too much but I was very impressed. From my last minute call in making my reservations to my late late arrival at the front desk; ALL the staff was very friendly. We arrived at about 1am in the morning and our room was still waiting/reserved for us. The rooms oom where fully stocked, clean, and suitable for a 1 night stay. We were in town and went to Hersey Park, the drive was about 30 minutes away and was located off the road. We stayed in the room #310 (non-smoking). I would stat again.

...but not more.  Very inexpensive, but very adequate, and conveniently located.  Old and rusting out  a bit.  A/C was loud, t.v. picture was snowy, breakfast was minimal, but the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and wifi worked.   If you need to be pampered or cosseted, go elsewhere, but if what you want is a low-cost room in the Harrisburg area, this is an excellent choice.

you get what you pay for...

Came here for a getaway with my girl, we thought we found a great place for a good price, turns out no. The room we were given was empty it felt like it was missing things, while this place might be great for travelers or people just spending the night, it was not a good place to go for a couple, decided to leave was willing to pay for the night but the owner was nice and gave us a refund. Then he started talking, i told him his room smelled like mold and was informed they just repainted the rooms...that doesn't fix the mold, i then told him my girlfriend didn't feel safe at his property and he gave me a long speech about how safe he felt. Place nearly ruined our vacation and i was very happy to leave.

There are truckers that live here. Room appeared clean but furniture outdated. Tv was newer and decent. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies from a dollar store so I could scrub the brown dirt ring out of the tub and scrub the soap scum and left over dried soap/body wash off of the shower walls. I had to scrub the toilet because you could see, where the lid/seat lift up, there was old dried urine as well as the water ring inside the toilet where it hasn’t been scrubbed in a long time and also the urine that has dripped down the front of the toilet on to the floor. I scrubbed and disinfect (the best I could) the tub/shower, whole toilet, bathroom floor, and sink just so we could feel somewhat sanitary. The beds were clean and somewhat comfy. Room was clean but we did find dropped food and candy along the edges of the bed and mirror over the sink was filthy too. We checked in at 630pm today, 5/25/18, with a 4yr old and 7yr old and I had left out and returned to clean and completed the mission by 730pm. I haven’t found any bugs or mold but the hallways reek of marijuana and our room did initially but I hit it with febreeze a few times. AC is old and ugly but is ice cold. Front desk that check us in were very nice and personable. Can’t advise on the continental breakfast yet but I can’t imagine it’s worth a whole meal at this point. Not happy so far but the beds are ok comfortable and are clean. 

A place to sleep and that’s it!

I didn’t care about the dated furniture at all, or how small the bathroom was, or how it wasn’t clean enough, but definitely is disgusting to find out they didn’t chance the sheets, how in the world they skept this on the cleaning service.......completely disgusted

When we got to the hotel to check in we were told 50$ fee to hold as deposit. 

We were not made aware of that by hotels.com. And lost our 60$ booking. 

The manager Neal was rude and did not care about us or the other guest. 

Will charge you 50$ deposit takes 4-5 days to get back
