I booked here last minute as there were no (reasonable) hotels left in Syracuse and I needed to see my daughter at Syracuse University. I’m so glad I did! While a budget hotel, the bed is quite comfortable. The amenities are nice and the place is so ridiculously clean you could eat off the floor, literally!  The check-in process was easy, the staff was lovely, and it was a perfect night for a place to stay and get on with what I needed to do. Highly recommend.

You could eat off the floor…

This is usually a good hotel and the owners genuinely care about their customers and property.  Lately they have had some very bad customers and their is issued with what appears to be drug use/sales and fighting on the property. Might want to stay somewhere else until this situation resolved.

Troublesome guests

I love the heart shaped jacuzzi room
 It's so relaxing and always have fun there.... close to anything to eat.. many places deliver or you can use grubhub or uber eats... we always have a great time there. And it's close to all major highways and easy to find. Staff are the owners and they are super friendly..

Always a pleasure

A cozy and thrifty option. Immaculately clean. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. AAA and AARP rates. Conveniently located near restaurants and Wegmans. Front desk check-in staff pleasant and helpful.

Weekend stay to visit family member in a nearby care facility.

Stayed here for a fishing trip it was a nice room loved the jacuzzi it was relaxing but the TV did not work right it kept turning off when I changed the channel did not get the breakfast as I got up late the bed was comfortable with nice pillows and blankets will be coming back in the future

Loved the room

We arrived after a long day on the road, on a trip to Canada. I have not had good experiences with Budget Inns in general but there had to be an exception and this is it. While the motel is of an early 60s design it was well cared for the rooms extremely nice for the price and clearly updated. Beds were comfortable and staff where both welcoming and helpful. Many a 5 star property is not as well cared for as this property is.

Nicer than One Expects

Very nice clean updated room, close to everything in and around North Syracuse,Cicero area. The price's were very reasonable in a very nice safe area. The staff were the best and were very helpful. Will definitely stay again!!!

Great Value

Booked this place on line.  It had been rated 8.7.  I would rate it about 5 or less.  It was clean but very old.  There was a pink tub in the bathroom.  The carpet was so dirty that we kept our shoes on. The owners were pleasant.  I should have known it was not good when the owners was cleaning the rooms when we arrived.

One night was enough

This room was very nice very clean comfortable had everything we needed had the hot tub it was great today short it was great I will go again. I would most likely recommend this place I’ve been there a few times before 

Nice 

It is hard to find motels these days with adjoining rooms.  It was wonderful to find this one!  The rooms were very clean.  The staff was extremely accommodating.  Great price.  My husband loved that the sink drained.  We have been to newer motels when the sinks don't drain.
