The room was quiet and comfortable. I woke up in the morning to the sounds of birds singing. There was free wi-fi in my room near the lobby. The room contained a microwave oven and a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. The hosts were courteous. As a budget hotel, the amenities were limited but adequate. The only negative was that I ran the room fan the entire time to reduce the musty smell.

Quiet Room near Clinton

Rooms are small and musty. The ceiling looks like a Rorschach test with all the touch up paint. Rooms are darkly painted and poorly light. The sole window is completely consumed by the air conditioner unit.  Also the walls are paper thin, I could clearly hear the conversation being held by the surrounding occupants and the music they were playing.  Finally don’t ask the desk staff for any help, they were rude and irritated when I asked for a receipt upon checking out at 7:00 am on a Sunday morning, then proceeded to tell me they were unable to provide me one because I had booked online.  If this is the absolute last place available to you, you’re better off sleeping in your car, I will never stay at this place again

Last resort

This is in fact the worst place I’ve ever stayed in all my travels through the 48 states. Mold, old odors, spiders inside the room, walls and doors old and dilapidated. Microwave trip every 35 second of cycle. And shower was horrible. I don’t know how is possible for this place to be in business. Specifically knowing how strict  NY state is.

Came to the area foor a family visit. Wanted a convenient  location. The bed was comfortable.  The bathroom was dirty with mold. Previously used towels on floor behind bathroom door.  Definitely overpriced.

Convenient to Clinton NY

Pleasant stay. Old fashioned motel, but fine for us. Our host was very polite and helpful. We thought it was comfortable, but we needed to turn up the heat a bit. We did not need the kitchen area, but it was there, just in case people need to stay in town longer.

Stayed here on a trip to visit family. Wanted to be close to Clinton, have seen the place off the highway before, figured what the H---. NEVER AGAIN. 
HUGE mistake! 

We have never felt so dirty after staying in a room before. Tried to take a shower in the morning, but only a luke warm trickle came out. The towels looked like they hadn't been new in 10 years. And they weren't even full size. The soap was small sample soaps that were already used, almost slivers. I could go on and on, but I am getting too mad just thinking about this place again. 

I will say this: The mattress had springs poking my wife and I in the back. We would have been more comfortable on the floor. 
STAY AWAY, please, This place should be closed down!

Makes motels look bad. This place is the worst.

No hot water rooms too small microwave did'nt work unless you took plug out for tv.Told desk about water they said they  did'nt get any calls  meantime phone did'nt work. No more cheap places for me although i stood in a cheaper motel in lowville that was better.

Close it down

Very dated...small rooms....I like it cold when I sleep...but no heat... No ice...and the frig was so in need of defrosting it was warmer than the room.... On and off hot water in shower....that being said ..should have known by the price...my bad
