Felt very at home here. The entire staff was amazing. Lori, Ben, Ann, can't remember all of their names but every one of them was amazing. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a long term place to stay.

I have stayed at better woodsprings but this one could be the worst one the price is high when it comes to weekly rate when it comes to a outdated location service is bad you don't get a welcome to woodsprings or welcome to tennessee and housekeeping is horrible I don't no when the last time the carpet was clean it's no weekly housekeeping like the paper said on check-in I would take a shower get and it's like I'm walking on dirt the walls are nasty and it's a big bug problem in the build for 480 a week it's not worth the money that's my fair review of this location I hope it helps the next person....

This is one of the very best laces to stay for long term stays, I’m a travel nurse and they have treated me superbly! House keeping comes every 1-2 weeks and cleans my room and does a excellent job! The front desk staff is always helpful and quick to respond! 

Awesome extended stay!

Smells like marijuana, 24/7 stairways. no water for two days no TV for one day no compensation from the hotel for your inconvenience. No water supply to even flush your toilet. unfortunately spent 15 days there. when I checked in the floor, it was disgusting cleaned. The towel was black. Took it up to exchange Eric :.They have clean rags should’ve been clean when I checked in. It was cleaner when I left and when I came there. Upon checking out they charge me additional $20.79 for the use of towels keep seeking specially if you have children. Spanish people outside your room, constantly talking on the phone and arguing with your family members.

Not appropriate

Fantastic!!!  Eric and Nakeya are great!  I have a dog, And they are great with her.  They called me before they cleaned my carpet.  That meant a a lot.  They really seem to care about the residents.  


Great

Comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower.  The staff was very friendly, especially Lori who was really helpful loaning us extra towels to keep our equipment dry.  We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Clarksville.

Clean rooms, pet friendly, big enough rooms and affordable with high speed internet. Outstanding service from every employee especially from Eric from front desk. Cleaning crew and maintainance person are super nice and always willing to help.

Awesome Stay

We had just moved back to clarksville and had to stay here until we got back on our feet. Eric was awesome. He was super friendly and was kind to our dogs. He always made conversation and helped us with our room keys because we either always lost them or deactivated them on accident. Definitely recommend going and staying here because of eric he made it feel less like a hotel and more like a home.

We booked a week! We left 2 days early. The staff was super friendly and always greeted us.
The room had a bed, microwave, fridge with freezer, a tiny stove, "kitchen" sink cable TV, a phone and a bathroom with tub and shower.

When we arrived we were told the room was non refundable and they wanted us to check it before we checked in. We told them that the sink in the bathroom had the plug disconnected and that it was not he able to be utilized, but the gut at the reception dismissed it. We checked into said room and noticed that even though it had refrigerator and stove etc, we wouldn't be able to utilize it for cooking since there were no plates, pots, pans or cooking utensils, so pretty much pointless. 

The water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic, however, the water wouldn't be hot and we took luke warm/cold showers which is why we ended up leaving earlier than planned. I'm a little disappointed that the room was non- refundable which is a little bit of a red flag and I wish I had realized that before we checked in. We wasted money.
