Not bad for the price.. Front desk was professional employees, I wasn't to big on the rooms size.. Nice employees, just need room size bigger, an need to update them..I travel allot an it's just a average place to stay nothing special..

The person in the office was super friendly, so was the housekeeping lady. The room was clean. There aren't really any amenities because it's designed to stay for long periods and bring your own stuff, but I just wanted a bed and cable TV for one night and it worked nicely for that. Close to shopping, restaurants, gas station. The price was right. 

Nice one night stay

So when you stay here, dont expect much sleep or expect much communication. When rooms around you and above you are noisy and you call and complain they will lie to you and say "they called them" when in truth they did no such thing. My fav lie has been "there are cops talking to them right now" but when you look outside and walk around the parking lot, there are no cop cars in sight. How are there cops talking to them right then when there is no cop car in sight?  The people above us stomp around almost non stop at night. We complained 3 days in a row and front desk said "theres nothing we can do". They also said the cops talked to them too..but again there were no cop cars in the parking lot. I work 3 part time jobs, but I cant get much sleep because the people above pay more so they can do whatever they like keepin the people below them awake most of the night. Also last month we had a dripping leak from the ceiling in our bathroom from the room above. They said they would send someone down to check on it. We waited for an hour. No one showed so we went back to the front desk "oh the maitenance guy went upstairs to fix the leak then went home" so they never sent anyone to talk to us as they had promised someone would. Was kind of frustraited because we told them about the leak that left about an 1 and 1/2inches in a bucket, and the guy who was supposed to check on it never showed up. There is now water sitting in our fire alarm in the bathroom thats not drying out that they say there is nothing they can do to fix it.  The room down the hall had water leak out from under it that the carpet in the hall was wet and squishy for three days straight as you walked over it. If i end up in a car wreck because I fell asleep at the wheel because i get almost no sleep because this hotel allows everyone to be noisy, is the hotel partly or mostly responsible? Oh and ear plugs do not help with the continuous fan when the tv is really loud next door. Though the only plus is the little african american house keeper is nice. And there is no "non smoking" floors, both floors allow smoking.

Noisy theres nothing they will do

We booked a block of rooms at this hotel for a national basketball tournament. The management cancelled every single one of our rooms without any notification.  We showed our confirmation emails.  Management refused to service us and left us with 10 young girls out in the cold!

Terrible Customer Service

If you are traveling and will not be stopping until after 9pm you might rethink stopping here.  After 9pm there is no staff to assist with check-in.  They put a key in a lock box at the front entry and then you are on your own.    The room was clean but had such a bad smoking smell we could hardly go to sleep.  We slept with the window open and the air conditioning on in hope to get the smoke smell cleared out.  Also some people would go out the side door and smoke and leave the secured door open.

Travel stop in Clarksville TN

Got reservation off priceline showed 3 stars and paid 89.00 a night more 1 star walls are paper thin you can hear noise from everywhere. Front desk was closed at 11 when I went down to ask to be moved to another room because our walls were shaking from kids up above jumping non stop finally located and emergency  number to call girl came and moved use to other ensure of hall next to busy street noise. Both rooms needed new furniture in them. Overall not good for trying to get sleep when traveling. Woke up to move kids bouncing upstairs around 8.

Never again

It is located near the exit of the Interstate Highway so you don't have to waste time if you just want to spend the night. There are nearby gas stations and fast food restaurants. It has a fully equipped kitchen.
