Was very well taken care of. As a single female felt very safe. Room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable and bathroom decent. No complaints. Are very understanding and fair. Good hotel, good people

Safe place to be and good hotel

Stayed for one night with my boyfriend on our way through town for Busch Gardens the next day. 
For what you’re paying, the stay is worth it. Easy to find, clean enough on the outside, and quiet. Staff was very friendly and direct. The room was surprisingly spacious and charming in its own right, with no complaints on cleanliness. There is no vending machine on site, but you can buy a soda can at the front desk. 
Water gets HOT, good cellular signal. 
Perfect for a one night stay passing through, and located in close proximity to plenty of food and necessity shopping. 
They do hold a $30 security deposit for up to 4 - 5 days.

Perfect if you’re on a budget but want to feel safe.

Had a kitchen sink which was handy... movie channels... nice size fridge and microwave 

The restaurant Rumba a block away was great too I went there two nights in a row...

Great Price,Service,Ease of Access

Only place left in this price range for super bowl weekend. Location is great.  Near McDonald's etc.  Owner showed us room and was very proud of how clean it was.  Sheets looked new.  Nice mattress.  Very quiet except when someone came in at 3 am talking loudly.  Bathroom has walk in shower; but I hate pedestal sinks because no place to put anything.

I was very pleasantly surprised...most all of the rooms have been re-modeled...the owner and his wife are very nice....The rooms are extremely clean and bed was very comfortable....had no issues at all... It's about ten minutes from the beach...one of the best values in Clearwater... WiFi is absolutely flawless....

they lied to me on phone about area, ammenities, accomodations. i was stuck there for days and forfieted hundreds just to get out of the infested beds. awful experience all around. dont waste your money. you get waht you pay for

mis advertising

We were two couples in two different hotel rooms. The room is big and comfortable. Unfortunately, we all had stitches in our legs the next morning. At first we thought about mosquito bites. But after we showed the stitches to a pharmacist, she said they were bed bugs. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom and the windows were painted with wall paint. It didn't look so nice. The Indian employees were very nice. The situation was okay. But I wouldn't book anymore because of the bed bugs.

I got body lice from this motel room103!! The room looked okay when I walked in but 15 minutes after laying in the bed, I got itchy all over. I pulled the comforter back and there was white crusty stuff in 2 spots! They did not change sheets in between customers. When I confronted the Indian owner, he denied it and said he has someone else change the sheets and maybe they didn’t change them. This was by far one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever stayed. BEWARE!

LICE INFESTED!!

Very personable staff, solid location, ample FREE parking, solid price. You won't get many amenities, but for people that are only using their hotel as a place to shower and sleep - like me - *you will not get more bang for your buck.* Don't let any negatives I point out in this review fool you, I was VERY satisfied with my stay, and would undoubtedly both go again and recommend the place to a friend. You absolutely will find better if you're willing to empty the kids' college fund, but this place satisfied every need I had with round completeness. Also, it's in Clearwater, which is year-round summer, and home to Clearwater Beach, which is one of the best non-surfing beaches I've ever been to. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Positives:
* The bed is one of those memory foam-style beds, so SUPER comfy, which is like an absolute imperative for me, and is an oft-overlooked aspect of review. My room was a single queen.
* Everything works, plenty of hot water, shower head has a proper water dispersion pattern. You have no idea how problematic this can be with other hotels at their price point.
* Spotlessly clean interiors. Don't let the rough exterior fool you, it's really nice inside.
* Very accommodating and friendly staff. Not something I really care about, but I know a lot of people care about this. They were kind enough to let me check in 2 hours before check-in without any fees. They were ready for the check in, I was ready to check in, they had a room available,  so they were happy to oblige. They showed a level of business common sense that I've found rare today.
* Solid location. Like 7/10 location. You're right on a highway, their location on the highway is 9/10 easy on and off, there's 4 bars within easy walking distance (although 3 of them are serious dives), there's a really nice park like 1.5 blocks north, and the highway takes you right to Clearwater Beach (~20 relatively pleasant minutes in high season; a long but doable bike ride if you're feeling ambitious).
* Almost all single floor. The parking layout makes it SUPER easy to back your car up right to your door and really easily load/unload the trunk.
* No stupid magnetic strip key cards; just a brass house key. I stayed at a number of hotels on my trip to FL, and all of them use the magnetic strip key cards, which means the door automatically locks, and those stupid key cards never work right, are super-easy to lose, and are super-easy to damage. LOVED THIS. Advice to the owners/management: DO NOT EVER GET KEY CARDS. Also, there's no way to lock the keys in the room unless you both close the door yourself AND lock the door behind you. I can't count the number of times I've stayed at other hotels and needed to run out to my car quick and locked my key card in the room. Not here.

Negatives:
* Not much in the way of amenities, but, again, who cares if all you're doing in the hotel room is showering and sleeping?
* The pillows weren't that comfy. Like 5/10. Not that big a deal for me, and I can't really pinpoint what about them was lacking, but best be aware.
* Very poor lighting inside. The overhead lighting is recessed spot lighting. I would recommend the company look at other styles of lighting. If there was a review aspect this place would score low on it's the lighting.
* No pool, which is odd for a tourist trap in Florida, but they make that clear up front, and I wasn't looking for one, so not a detractor at all for me.

Neutrals:
* Very quiet. Again, this was perfect for me, because all I wanted to do when I got back was sleep. That said, if you're on Spring break and are looking to treat the hotel room like Keith Moon, this isn't the hotel for you.

You will not get more bang for your buck.

Our family was displaced from Hurricane Irma, and we found lodging here, the owners were extremely accommodating. Bedding, room, bathroom was kept tidy and clean. And you can immediately tell that they have a sense of well deserved pride in their business. 

This is not a Hilton or Marriot, however if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay, and if you are a good person this may be exactly the place you are looking for. 

Just remember to treat these people with respect, they deserve it.
