Cute little place on the water. Easy walkable to all places in Clearwater beach. Less than 1 mile from everything. Very relaxing to sit outside on the deck in morning with coffee  looking at the water. Hosts were easy to communicate with and nice.

We arrived late to this quaint motel/apt style complex. The owner honored our very late check in. The area is quiet and clean. It is a 3 min walk to Clearwater beach and 5-10 minute walk towards the food. It was a last minute staycation that turned out to be a memorable one. We found it through Airbnb and the owner Anna was so quick to respond and easy to reach.

Memorable

The place was very clean and perfect for my husband and I.  The hosts were extremely helpful and very responsive.  Great location - one block from the beach and within walking distance to everything.  We had rented a car and did not drive it during our stay.  We will definitely be back!

Great Place and Location

I must say that this was our first time booking an air B&B . were able to get away for a long weekend  and we had a wonderful stay at the surf & sand Motel .  The place is awesome it's incredlebly cozy, had everything we needed.  We especially loved the back porches.. they were the perfect place to watch the sunrise or sunset.  We got awesome pictures. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the added plus was that it was only a few blocks away from the beach.. there are quiet a few # of shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Lea was an awesome host.. she was very easily accessible and very attentive to our needs.   We were able to contact her through the app and she responded very quickly.. all in all this was the perfect get away spot.. we loved this place we are totally looking forwardb to returning again in the near future. This is definitely an awesome place i give a 👍👍👍😍

R&R -Short stay

Fantastic location, clean, quiet, good linens, fridge, great owners. I would stay here again fo more than 2 nights. A true gem😍😍😍this is not to be looked over.

Great place

We just loved Surf n Sand Motel! The room was very spacious, the kitchenette contained what we needed to put together a quick meal or two, the closet was huge, and bed/pillows were comfy. We really love this place and hope to return.

LOVE this place!

The worker there was awesome, do anything we needed! The pool was great, always clean and always the right temperature. We enjoyed the private dock out back as we were able to see dolphins in the harbor! A little walk from downtown but very worth it! (Uber and Lyft can save you footsteps) but all in all we had a great trip and would come back!

Awesome friendly place!

My daughter and I stayed for a three night getaway and we had a great time. We stayed in a two queen room with a kitchenette. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed. We enjoyed the lovely pool and sat on the dock in the morning to watch for wildlife. The motel is easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants  and shops. We just parked our car at the motel and walked everywhere. I would stay here again.

Well kept motel with convenient location

Great location, wonderful little pool, and awesome spot on the bay.  Friendly staff, definitely coming back!  We walked to the local restaurants and bars.  The beach was directly across the street. In the morning we had our coffee while watching the sun rise over the bay

Perfect cozy getaway

Have stayed in CWBeach seasonally for 20 years at several mom and pop places. Surf and Sand enjoyed a great improvement in early 2018 thanks to new operation by an energetic couple who know what they are doing and doing it well. My elderly wife and my elderly self are enjoying the SnS right now. Y'all come.
