This hotel is closed! I booked 2 rooms for the week on the app and wasn’t aware. I had been calling since 9pm it’s now 12:35am to let them know we were stuck in traffic. I was worried when no one would answer the phone. I know why now. It’s not open. Drove from NC to this hotel. Just had to book another hotel

The lady Alada I think her name is at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She is kind and helpful. She makes sure everything is takn care of and will try to help you any way possible. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service

It was a nightmare. Room had a disco ball, ballon on the ceiling, confetti on floor, no heat, food on walls. Asked for a new room. He acted like it was an inconvenience. I told him we would just sleep in the lobby then. Finally got a new room. Kitchenette had one dirty glass and 2 plates.

I agree that the grounds need substantial work. And I understand why some are put off by the long-term residents and (I think) locals who come to party. But the rooms are so much better than that would imply and a great value. I have stayed here 4 times in 3 years when attending events and love it for the luxurious amount of space which includes a full kitchen and sitting area with fireplace. I also enjoy the little individual buildings that give a feeling of privacy. I have gotten the same room every time and maybe I got lucky to get their best room but I have never seen bugs or mice and the room was always acceptably clean with hot water. It is a thumping value for the $65 to $70 I pay. It will not do for those who are put off by the shabby looking exterior or the residents but I am not there for a resort experience where I hang out on the verandah and those issues disappear when I close the door so I will be back.

I actually love this place

Older but interesting suites. Appreciated early 2:30 checkin. Had outside basketball goal. Rooms had outside entrance into a suite with full kitchen and bar along with couch and chair. Very comfortable and roomy. The room was a little dated. Breakfast was good. Checkout a little slow. 

Nice suites

Visited this Quality Inn and Suites and it was rather scary. Dark passageways, the grounds are not kept up at all...I saw a tomato plant growing in the sidewalk. Lots of litter. It feels unsafe. Maybe you could at least mow. Breakfast...bagels with no toaster.
Sad to say that this property has really been let go. Moldy showers. Really dismal.

Really Dismal

Dirty, old, roaches crawled out of sink. We turned around drive home because it was disgusting. Staff were terrible, they did not care. Room smelled like smoke.. I could go on and on but hopefully you got the point at roaches!! No pride in ownership here! Stay away

Disgusting stay away!!!!

My family and I stayed in the hotel with out of town guest after a funeral. When I got in the room  there was no phone. it looks as if it was stolen. the refrigerator glass piece was broken and when I was by the couch I stepped on a balloon blower  so when I moved the couch it was completely dirty underneath.  I called the front desk and told him the issues he took care of that. Later that night some girl that  we didnt know knocked on the door looking for her friend her friend wasn't there she left. 15 mins later there was another girl that knocked on the door  she said that it was a shooting outside and we closed the door.  the police was called. the girl left with police. later like 30 mins after the police left the guys came looking for the girl and tried to surround the place. police was called again. at that point we had gathered our things while the police was there and we left in the middle of the night it was like 2 30 am when we left. I told the guy at front desk and he suggested that I go back to the room and come back in the morning. As if I would stay in a place in which my whole family could have been killed

not returning

Stayed here for the weekend due to a toy show in Timonium, MD. Had some reward points to use. 

We reserved a queen suite for our family of 5. The room was impressive but looks can be deceiving.

The couch in the living room was stained, the fireplace did not work, there was trash left over from previous occupants under the beds. We only had 3 towels for our family of 5.

The design of the hotel is a maze of buildings and there are a lot of long term residents.   We had no hot water in the first floor bathroom.

The toasters did not work in the free breakfast area and we saw several bugs crawling down a wall in the sitting area by the trashcans.

This hotel does not live up to the choice hotel standards I am used to.  If this is an example of what direction choice hotels is heading towards, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

A very disappointed customer.



Not Returning, Stay Away

This is an okay place to stay.  however no ice bucket,  only 3 towels for use i had to ask for more than it was only 2 morq aqa a!! was  no ice bucket .
but the general manager at the front desk was very nice and polite and helpful.
