The bed's mattress had a huge hole. When my husband laid down, the springs came out and scratched his back. We didn't dare lay on the sheets as they were dirty, covered in stains, and had a foul odor. 
 
 The manager advised us to get a top floor room because Friday night is when locals go to the bar, eat in the restaurant, and party in the parking lot. The noise level was excessive. 

There were holes in the bathroom wall.  Individuals knocked on our door asking us for cigarettes. The toliet wouldn't go down and flush. I called the front desk and they told us to come get plunger or wait until morning. Who would want to smell it all night?

Overall, the place needs to be shut down. After finding out how dirty the room was, we stayed for twenty minutes and left. They refused to refund our money. Even if they had, $150 for a disgusting room is not worth it.

Parties in the Parking Lot and Unsanitary Living Conditions

So I checked in to this motel I would say the worst hotel or whatever you wanna call it I’ve ever stayed in in my life. I paid cash $75 for one night plus a $50 deposit. I paid in cash. I stayed for four hours, and I could not stand how dirty and disgusting it was. I checked out at 11 pm. A deposit from my understanding is to make sure there are no damages to the room.
Since I checked out at 11pm about 4 hours after I checked in there were no maids or anybody to inspect the room so I was told I would have to come back for my deposit $50 in cash.
I spoke to the owner the next day and explained to him that I had a $50 cash deposit. He had no issues whatsoever giving  me back my cash deposit of $50. I drove an hour and a half to get back the $50 that I put in cash because that’s what I was told. I went in today and the gentleman I can’t even say he was a gentleman the most rudest person I’ve ever encountered at any hotel I’ve stayed at in my life told me that I lost my $50 cash deposit which was not told to me by the owner yesterday . And that he would have to write down my name and number and somebody would contact me regarding it. That’s not what I was told yesterday. He was very rude disrespectful and did not even take the time to look up my name in the computer or any other notes that were made for me to pick up my deposit . He wrote down my name and phone number and said somebody would be in contact with me. There was too much drug activity the dirtiness of the hotel/motel. Whatever you wanna call it was disgusting. I was not even able to go out of my room without drug dealers, hitting on me and asking me if I want to drugs. This is a disgrace  to the hotel community. And this will not be the end that they hear from me. I do not care about the $50 cash deposit. It is the principle that he did not even contact the owner or anybody else to find out if in fact, there were notes that my deposit was waiting. I drove an hour and a half  to pick this up. I have the screenshots of when I talk to the owner on my phone and which I tried to show him and All he  kept doing was screaming and yelling at me. When I checked in even the sweet young lady that checked me and recommended that I stayed in the room above the office and I parked my car near the office because she saw I was not their typical  guest at this establishment. She even told me I want you to be safe, so I’m gonna put you in a room above the office and you could park your car next to the office so I can watch it. This is coming from one of their employees that was worried about me and I thank her for that . 
This will not be the last to hear for me and it’s not about the $50 in cash. It’s the principle that this man was so rude and seem like he was a drug addict and he probably does drugs with all of the guests that stay there that sell them.
Very rude disrespectful and if I owned that business and I do own three, he would be fired in a heartbeat. No customer service skills did not take the time to look up my name did not take the time to even speak with me seems like he was in a rush just to get me out of there. So I will talk to the owner and the owners wife about this and if we cannot resolve this, I will be taking legal actions. I paid for a room that I could not even stand to walk into. Very dirty mold on the walls, air conditioner, not working, no TV, channels, comforters, dirty  and the list goes on and on. I even saw two cockroaches on the floor so I checked myself out within a few hours. Did not receive a refund for the $75. I put down on the room and paid for the room and also haven’t received my deposit back when I couldn’t even sit on the bed because it was so gross. I warn everybody do not ever go here!!
I’m not some scumbag that they’re used to dealing with. And I am going to take legal actions to get the money that I am owed for staying a couple of hours and my deposit back.
Beware, do not go to this budget inn Cocoa !!

Worst I’ve ever experienced

Disgusting dirty smelly hotel. This hotel needs to be torn down. When we arrived and opened the door this horrible musty smell hit us in the face. Then bed felt like we were sleeping directly  on only the box spring. The shower was dirty, the floor was fithy. There was dirt and grim everywhere.

Rooms are dirty! Floors were disgusting, comforters have tons of holes, non-smoking room reeks of cigarettes, curtains look like someone threw pizza at them, bathroom was far from clean, stairs have never seen a broom I'm sure.. Don't stay here!! Should have checked it out before booking, my fault for that..

Avoid this disgustingly dirty motel! 

We booked here last minute as our flights were cancelled due to the hurricane.On arrival we were told it's cash only as the whole county's power/wi_fi were down.(Denny's and Walmart around the corner had wi-fi). When we entered the room the smell of years and years worth of filth,grime,ash tray and cigarettes hit us.The room was dirty and disgusting,the bed covers hadn't been washed,no cleaner had been in that room to clean for years.We went and asked for our money back,the reception woman was argumentive and refused to refund us and told us to get a refund through Expedia even though we paid her cash,she stormed off to look at the room.You could tell she gets complaints regularly about this place.The reception area was full of bags and bags of clothes ,I saw homeless people in and out loitering and collectin the bags and putting them in shopping carts.When we left I realised I'd left my kindle,we went to the room as reception was nowhere to be seen,there was a man lying on the bed smoking week only 40 minutes from us leaving.This should be taken off of Expedia and anywhere else as it's not a hotel or motel,it needs fumigating.It was like stepping foot into the famous Cecil hotel in LA.The place,the clientele were unsafe and sketchy.We are €100 out of pocket.Its not worth a dollar

Terrible had reservation at 3 room was not ready an service was poor. Charged deposit an service was unsatisfied. Got at room fifteen minutes later room not ready. So management is very poor. And other people bad to wait.

We arrive here late, checked in and someone was in our room in the shower. We asked for another and they had nothing available so got our money back through Expedia. From what we saw This hotel is disgusting, bad customer services and not a place I would recommend to anyone. The whole area feels very unsafe
