Stayed in the Honey Bell room January 2-4 2020. Hope was a great host. She took very good care of our needs and gave wonderful dining recommendations in the Village. The setting was relaxing with a Victorian charm. We plan to come back soon.

All the Charm

WE stayed here for three nights whilst over from the UK for a Florida wedding. Hope was very welcoming to us, despite a breakdown in the air conditioning which fortunately did not affect our room. This is not the kind of B&B business model we are used to in U.K. in that breakfast here is totally self service. But we were given the run of the house, including the kitchen to choose how to prepare what we wanted to eat. Our room was the Meyer room, which has a huge and very comfortable bed, but rather small bathroom. WE did not see our hostess again but did encounter other tenants in and around the house. The Parrish Inn is well written up elsewhere in terms of its fascinating history and is very close to the village centre for shops, restaurants, bars etc. And of course the river front.

Quirky but pleasant B&B

Lovely authentic house that's been beautiful renovated by the owners. The location was perfect, quiet and nice and also nearby the centre.
We had a wonderfull time here and this also thanks to the friendly hostess and her hospitable welcome.

Charming and beautiful bed & breakfast

I’ve never written TripAdvisor review, but the I’ve never stayed at a place like the Parrish Grove Inn. To start at the beginning: We arrive and no one was there. We knocked, we called, no response. Finally, a call back. ‘I will be there in 15 minutes.’ Thirty minutes later, Hope arrived. Her response? ‘It is a bed and breakfast, you are supposed to call an hour ahead,’ she said, blaming the victim. We had reserved a week before and called and emailed ahead that very day to confirm. ‘Then it is on me,’ Hope said. And so it began. She disappeared into the house somewhere. We waited. And then wandered the house, calling and trying to find her. Finally, we found her upstairs, making up the bed. As it turned out, it was the only bed made in the entire house. There was a small TV, no cable. The internet, when it worked, which was rarely, was painfully slow. The shower didn’t drain. The windows were covered by heavy curtains. We were the only guests, making it all the creepier. Downstairs, food was left out from a previous event, the kitchen was a mess. Breakfast, at our B&B, was some pastries left out and do-it-yourself coffee and juice in the refrigerator. The Parrish Grove Inn is hopeless..

Don’t say we didn’t warn you....

We enjoyed staying at Parrish Grove again this year. It’s a wonderful old home with character and a welcoming hostess who makes you feel right at home. It’s just 3 blocks from the start line of one of the best marathons on the East Coast! So convenient and the runners’ brunch was delicious. We’re grateful!

Fantastic stay for Spacecoast Marathon!

Parrish Grove......really nice , comfortable ,  and quaint. The wife and I stayed here for one night, that night was outrageous.
We came to see a Christmas Carol at the local Playhouse excellent enjoyed everything but the Parrish Grove very very nice. Enjoy...
