Thought it would be nice in comparison to the price.   Place was horrible and dirty.   Food(bbq sauce ) on carpet and wall in the hallway; dryer in guest laundry not working and manager knew it; safety chain on the exterior was kicked off; the a/c was dirty and you could see outside on one side and a mastic bag was stuffed into the crease on the other.   Their full buffet breakfast consisted of cereal bars, instant oatmeal , packaged pastries, and nasty coffee.  The spa was broken and had been for awhile as well.   

Needs serious attention 

The room has everything needed (fridge, microwave). The cleanliness was perfect. The decoration is old-fashioned but like many motels in the American West. We had to arrive late after checking in person, but we had agreed by phone with the self-check-in process manager, which was very simple and made things easier for us. We had a great quiet, restful night. The next morning breakfast was a short one with a sweet buffet and salty mini burgers. The washing machine and ice cream machine were not working, but we weren't really uncomfortable. The decoration was very beautiful and full of charm in the communal parts. The location was perfectly located at Cody 1 on the Yellowstone Fishing Bridge in Yellowstone National Park.

PLEASE DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It looks pretty from the road with the neon lights, pond in front and Memorial Park out front but the property is horrible.  Our 1st room had exterior access. The door has been bashed in at some point damaging the frame. The door wobbled when you tried to open it. Our 2nd room had a comfy bed, door handle was on backwards so it fun trying to get the door open at first and a noisy AC. The hot tub is still broken. The ice machines for the public are still broken. We asked for a hair dryer because ours was missing from our room. We were told there were none on property. There were, because we saw one in a room. There is NO elevator. Other People were having trouble getting their doors to lock. Our key cards both quit working too. Breakfast was oatmeal with water, yogurt, cereal bars, packaged danish, No Milk. 

DONT STAY HERE

A typical motel, spacious and comfortable rooms, a great shower, everything was clean, and it was a pleasant stay, the staff very friendly, breakfast and hot tub, to be taken into account, a few minutes' drive from downtown, a quiet area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The Managers helped me and was accommodating when I suddenly lost my sister when she passed away unexpectedly. I had to stay extra days until I could get my sisters ashes so I could travel back to Idaho. We had a room in the back and it was quiet.

Friendly people

I hardly know where to begin. From checkin which was all screwed up because one of the two rooms we reserved was not ready for us even though they told us it was. We arrived at 4:30 in the rains and all maids had gone home. So we had to wait while they moved us trying to find rooms adjacent to each other, which they never did. Among the things that didn’t work: the in room refrigerator was frozen shut. The keys to the room never worked on one of the rooms ever. Every time we wanted to go into the room we had to go back to the desk and get it re-keyed. even though all the rooms had ice buckets the ice machine was broken and no ice was available at the desk. There was a homeless man in the parking lot. One of the rooms had no soap. I could go on but you get my drift. The place is so rundown it’s embarrassing. The doors to the outside are all beat up and discolored and the whole place feels dilapidated.Avoid this place at all costs!

This may be the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in

Front Desk attendant, could have cared less if we were there. Explained nothing then gave us keys to an occupied room. Night was hot ac was noisy and loud. Bathroom was filthy. Had it not been for exhaustion would have found someplace else to stay.

Stay anywhere else.

This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are very dirty and everything is falling apart. Our room had the door jam kicked in so door would not work properly. The bathroom door would not shut. There were dead flies all over the window sill. To top it off the smoke detector did not work and had paper shoved in it. Breakfast was a joke. Asked for milk for the oatmeal and gruffly told , no milk! Front desk check in personnel coul care less if you stayed there or not. Hotel sign out front is only half there and I believe full time residents live there as well. Super scary. I have emailed the hotel twice with my concerns, and have never received a response.

Horrible, drive past and keep going!

Staff was not friendly. Could have cared less. Got into room 2nd floor no elevator so if you have bad knees like us you have to lug suitcases up 2 flights of steps. Cody was over 90 degrees and the A/C unit sucked. I HAD TO PULL FILTER OUT AND WASH IT just to get it to cool enough to sleep which still left the room warm .hard beds . Hall way was hot cracks in ceiling. Glad to get out

Old and rough

Great value. Staff was very helpful, rooms were comfy and clean. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a nice surprise. Bed was comfy, had a little problem with the AC but the staff was helpful in getting it fixed. Very spacious rooms and loved the double doors on both sides of the room. Great location, we will be back for sure.
