The place is absolutely disgustingly dirty. Very outdated and all of the amenities they Supposibly have are “temporarily unavailable”. No pool, no gym, no laundry, and IF there’s actually a breakfast I wouldn’t trust it based on the lack of cleanliness.

Dirty!

Such a terrible hotel! We got there and they had double booked our room, there were no rooms left and they had already charged us. This ended up being a good thing for us because the hotel was FILTHY. 3 different people were in the lobby complaining about how dirty their rooms were when we got there. The bath tubs were covered in mold, there were bodily fluids on the beds, there were pubic hairs left all over beds, and one room had blood all over it. There seems to be a MAJOR drug problem at this hotel. Dangerous and disgusting.

THE WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER SEEN

Our room was immaculate, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The swimming pool was an absolute dream! Sparkling clean and well-maintained, it provided a refreshing respite from the heat. The poolside area was also thoughtfully planned, with comfortable loungers and plenty of shade. We loved spending our evenings swimming and relaxing in this idyllic setting.

Relaxing

The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Everything felt fresh and new, from the crisp linens to the sparkling bathroom. The spacious layout and comfortable furnishings ensured a relaxing stay. The highlight, however, was the swimming pool. It was a true oasis, surrounded by lush greenery and offering stunning views. We spent hours lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquility. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating escape!

Rejuvenating

Crack smoke in the hallways. No towels. No blankets on bed. Just a sheet. Hookers everywhere. People passed out everywhere in hallways and stairwells. It's Disney World if your a homeless crack head. Should be closed tbh. I don't know how they even pass a inspection. All the internet sites such as expedia etc.. should not even post this dump!

CRACK HEADS GALORE. HALLWAYS FILLED WITH CRACK SMOKE!

The hotel staff was amazing, so kind, helpful, and genuine. The rooms are nicely furnished and beds are very comfortable. The hotel was absolutely beautiful from the lobby, banquet hall, and fitness center. Also the area was walkable, close to many shops and restaurants. I truly enjoyed my staff. Thank you so much.

Excellent Suites provided by them. The experience was so nice. My advice to opt for yourself. Norwood Inn feels more in me. It was the trip with my friends, we enjoyed a lot with facilities. Excellent again.

Stay away from this property completely. I never stayed here. My problem was dealing with a unethical management team. They all were not willing to assist me in the slightest way with my concern. The so-called manager lied to me when I asked for the manager and he said it was him, but as soon as I voiced my concern, he told me to call back later "the manager is not in". No customer service at all.

Stay clear of this property

I had a real emergency. After waiting a hour to try to talk to someone at this hotel I had to cancel due to my father dying in a bad car accident. I was told In person I would not be charged. I was charged full price. They are refusing to give me a refund after reassuring me that was no problem to cancel. That I will NOT be charged. They are liars! 
This is the most gross place ever. I feel sorry for all the mice and bed bugs living in this hotel.

The worst HELL nasty hotel. DON’t stay here! Norwood HOTEL in Columbus, Ohio Will still your money! You will get bed bug

This place is disgusting. Pictures are deceiving. Save your money and book a Motel 6 and you'll probably have a better quality room. 

1) Customer service is terrible. I'm not "the customer is always right" kind of person, but they were not willing to work with me at all on any not-so-outlandish requests.
- Did not allow a 2-hour early check-in (irritating, but understandable)
- Claimed they did not have access to the booking information when I asked to change the name on the reservation due to not allowing an early check-in. How do you know a room is booked or who to allow to check-in if you don't have access to that information?
- Explained I would be at a concert at OSU Stadium and could not make it there anytime between 1 PM and midnight, so I asked about a late check-in. They said, "you will 'probably' be fine". I explained that I anticipate there being a lot of traffic that could put me there pretty late. Could not guarantee me anything. Too late to cancel for a refund, and would possibly be charged a "no show" fee if we did not get checked in on time. Luckily we did, but it was stressing me out all night in an already stressful traffic situation.

2) Gave us a bunch of grief for requesting two car passes to park in their lot, as my husband and I drove there from two separate places and needed two passes. 

3) Area is sketchy. The security cop (who looked on duty) was outside drinking a beer with one of the residents (perhaps he just got done with a shift, but still is not a good look to be drinking while in full uniform).

4) Hallways are riddled with weird smells and stains all over the carpets, even though they have a "newly renovated" sign hanging up in the lobby. Don't believe it for a second.

5) In the room:
-Old, moldy food in the fridge
-No batteries in the TV remote
-Stained box spring under mattress
-Broken drawers/handles
-Leaky bathroom faucet
-No hand towels, only full-size and a bathmat
-Alarm clock didn't work
-Sunglasses were left sitting on the nightstand, making it look like the room had not been cleaned prior to the last person/people who stayed in there.

Consider all of that, and think of how outlandish it is to require a $100 deposit for any damages made to the room........

I'm not a hotel snob, but this place grossed me out. Will definitely be keeping an eye out on the deposit charge being reimbursed.
