The staff kicks ass and the area is cool.... They mind their own business and didn't nag me when I was late paying my room.... Good place and their ice machine works, laundry works, GREAT COFFEE!! Fresh always!!

A very nice motel

The worst motel experience ever! I had booked this room through my work for a week. On the second night I stayed, I woke up at 4:30, AM, locked my door and went to work. When I came back ,around 4 PM, I could not enter my room because the key would not work. The lady at the front desk said I had to leave because someone had entered my room and called 911. I explained that is impossible because I’ve been at work all day.  Come to find out that another guest went to the front desk and gained a key to access my room and apparently called 911. And as crazy as it sounds, they still asked me to vacate the premises with no refund.  I’ve attempted to contact the owner multiple times and never received a response.  So, if you value your security, I would highly recommend avoiding this motel. 

Horrible Experience

Pool is permanently closed. Went there for the pool. Bed or sheets had quarter size brown spots on it and burn holes. We did not stay in our 2 rooms. The lady at tje front desk was great. Refunded the rooms.

No pool. Beds stained.

Bare essentials, few perks, but clean and comfortable. We were on top floor but elevator worked well. Also, there were carts available. Coffee was offered in the AM but we headed across the street to another vendor.

Comfortable

Room exceptionally clean and serviced daily. Awesome price for a motel in a good area with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Laundry available and a couple of vending machines in the lobby. Pool looked lovely although we didn't use it.

Fantastic

This may have been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.  I was lured in by the price and the lack of open rooms elsewhere.  The elevator had empty beer cans and smoke butts on the floor.  My hallway was littered with beer cans and there seemed to be a heavy presence of "ladies of the night" lurking around.  My room was clean but the  bed was as hard as stone, the AC unit sounded like a tornado and didn't seem to cool all too well.  Go elsewhere.

Don't be fooled into the low rate! You get what you pay for

did not use the pool as it was full of kids screaming most of the time.
well worth the money for a half decent nights sleep if you are passing through the area.

great value for money

Weekend of Taylor Swift concert and it was impossible to get any rooms in the Columbus area.  Their website stated two non-smoking rooms but when we checked in it was smoking rooms.  The lady at the desk was very apologetic and as tired as we were, we opted for the King non-smoking which is on the third floor.  The bed is average, pillows a bit small but we knew we are not going to get rooms anywhere.  Its not bad for one night and it was fairly quiet.  The a/c was pretty good and plenty of parking.  It's near the Cracker Barrel, Wal-Mart, and other shopping areas.  

I don't know why people say this is in a shady part of town as Hilliard is a good neighborhood area.  I would rather stay here than a cheaper hotel in the downtown area.  The only reason I gave it an average rating is because it is not the comfiest bed however given the circumstances of price and availability we were thankful to get a room that weekend.

Downside; it only provides soap so if you need other toiletries you can go to the nearby.  We didn't check for breakfast since we planned to go to Cracker Barrel anyway.

Upside; Wal-mart or Target within very close driving distance.  Plenty of restaurants around and easy access to highway.  Inexpensive for one or two nights.

Very accomodating

The staff was very friendly, but it seemed sketchy from the start. I would have went some place else, but I had to sleep so I could get up early to finish driving to Fenton Mo. The sheets were old, they had holes and hair all over them. We slept on top of the sheets. Dirty hotel.
