First off this place doesn't have cable TV. They have digital antenna. Rooms and beds are nice. Bathroom is average at best. The location is convenient. But I could see this place becoming a shady hotel hangout in future if you know what I mean. However owns this place saved a lot of money by leaving out the little things. No elevator no breakfast either.it is clean. It is not all bad but I will probably send the extra money to stay next door at one of the big hotels next time.

Paid with cash for 4 days, had to leave after 2 but they couldnt give me my money back on the spot. I call everyday but they keep telling me to wait for manager to call me. Won't give me a number for manager...

Spartan offerings, so get a good price !
No breakfast, no WiFi as advertised, no luggage cart, BUT it was a very good location, helpful staff, clean as a whistle, comfortable beds, and quiet as a church.
Bathroom was functional, good toweling with minimal toiletries.
Road warrior yes, family stay, maybe not.

Bare Bones

The property was very clean however the customer care was very poor.  I had made three complaints due to noise, the only result I received was the customer care person continued to eat at the desk.  I was there to get work done and the only thing I got was a headache.

Poor Customer Care

Needed a hotel near airport just for one night. 
Hotel was clean and comfortable. We were given a handicap accessible room, which was fine but we would have preferred a non handicapped bathroom. 

The staff was friendly.

Stay before catching flight

It was very nice and quaint. The staff was very friendly! It's kind of secluded because you can't see it from the main road, but in walking distance to several restaurants. Would definately stay again. Thank you to the staff for being so nice and making sure there was nothing else I needed!

Great place to stay!

It was all right. My friend and I stayed for the Final Four basketball games...it was a last minute deal to get a hotel...very basic. No breakfast, no “do not disturb” sign, the shower was not installed very well...no elevator. It wasn’t horrible, but not sure I would stay there again. They gave us a hard time for late checkout but did not charge us. 

Clean, but very basic...

Stayed for 1 night to attend a funeral. First room had a dirty towel left in the bathroom and holes in the bed sheets; therefore, I requested a new room. The second room, the sink was clogged which I’m quite sure the housekeeper was aware of when it was cleaned. Called the front desk & he took care of it with no problem. However, this hotel is overpriced compared to hotels in the area. Amenities, if any were beyond cheap. For example, the tissue box in the bathroom was smashed & had tissues that were stuffed back into the box. One one bar of soap instead of two, usually there is a body & hand soap. The keurig cord was draped behind the kitchen faucet to reached the outlet. Also, saw online that breakfast was included... when I asked if breakfast was provided, the clerk responded yes and preceded to say only coffee & tea was provided. If it wasn’t for the fact that my kids were tired, I would have tired to stay else where. Returning to Columbus in the summer, but won’t be returning here!
