We stayed overnight while attending a friend's wedding. This hotel was conveniently located, easy to get in and out, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We would definitely stay again!

Great overnight stay!

DO NOT GIVE THIS HOTEL YOUR BUSINESS!!!  Customer service is terrible. I booked 3 rooms, paid $1000 in advance. When we arrived to check in they only had 2 rooms for me. Even with all 3 confirmation numbers and an email showing what I paid they said I only had 2 rooms. I was extremely frustrated as anyone would be. They didn’t apologize or attempt to help me find another hotel. The police actually came and told me that this happens at this hotel ALL the time. BEWARE!!!

I stayed at Country Inn and Suites in Commerce, Georgia 09/22/22-09/23/22. 

The room smelled horrible like mold and it was hard to breathe. We even used Vicks, made coffee, and opened the window and nothing helped. 

I was charged $200 smoking fee afterwards.

I called the hotel and spoke to an employee named Edwards. I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager was not there. I told her I do not smoke and should not have been charged $200 smoking fee. She said" come on quit playing with me, you know you smoked in there." She said "you are not a customer if you are banned and you are on the list where you can't stay here." I asked to speak to a manager and she refused again. I asked for a corporate number and she said I can “google it.”

I called corporate offices twice and emailed them and they refused to help.

This hotel should not be in business. I did not smoke in the hotel.  They lie and steal from their customers.

Do NOT Stay Here

Conveniently located on the highway, close to casual dining and grocery stores. The location is a draw, plus a very helpful staff and manager I have been a repeat customer for years whenever traveling to GA.

Work trip

The property is clean and very nicely  The staff was very friendly and had no problem answering questions. Room was spacious for three people and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great in the morning. Would highly recommend staying here!

Nice place

Had a great experience at the hotel front desk  was very friendly and out going she made my day sinan being happy and it flowed  the dining room and the other staff was very helpful with all my needs
i really enjoy and love to stay at this motel again

great stay

Stayed here recently for 1 night whilst on a road trip around the south. Instantly upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by the warmest Southern hospitality. Upon entering the room we were greeted with a huge space with a beautiful bedroom together with an elegant bathroom. The hotel has recently been renovated after fully renovation   Would consider this hotel as a must stay whilst in town.

The whole experience was great. Check in, clean room, clean bedding (even the pull out sofa had no crumbs or suprises!), friendly staff, decent breakfast variety.

I stayed here for two nights to visit friends and really enjoyed it. The room looked  very comfortable. The gentleman in the front was very professional and knew my name. Nice!  The manager gave me my message and it was one of the best - thank you!  there were plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. Thanks for a wonderful visit
