I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.The manager,Beverly,runs the place like a prison.She’s an unpleasant woman who allows strange men hold knives on her house keepers (from her mouth) .She said pets were allowed ,and yet harassed us about our animals.She blamed my dogs for pooping on the sidewalk when I saw her friends tiny dog defecate on the sidewalk.She’s a mean human.She has deep rooted homophobia.She screwed up our departure ,so we left early leaving her with two days of paid room,just to get away from her.There is absolutely zero way to contact corporate.I have tried many different avenues to do so.Save your money and go elsewhere.The cigarette stench is horrible.She tries to intimidate people and threaten them.She actually said “I want to know if your dogs are barking”when the tiny dog above us barked nonstop.I will be looking at avenues to get our money back.We paid a lot to stay there for two weeks.

Miserable manager who tried to intimidate

Upon entering this mini-apartment, I was pleasantly surprised on how neat, clean and cozy it was!  The living room/kitchenette was quite large.  The bathroom was immacculate with everything you needed.  Bedroom was perfect w/closet.  Most of all, the manager, Beverly, was one of the nicest people I've ever met!!  So friendly, helpful and professional.  I highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone!

The Little Hidden Gem, Tucked Away in Conover, NC

This was our third stay with Affordable Suites; and we always feel safe here, comfortable, and enjoy a good night's sleep after visiting during the day with our families.  This time, though, we noticed a few things that needed attention.  After talking with Felicity, she said to always let her know if we find something amiss, and she will attend to it immediately.  At the time of our departure, maintenance man was on his way.  We love the location...close to aforementioned families...close to restaurants...shopping...and yet "off the beaten path" as for as being away from heavy travel and too many bright lights.
Clean, comfortable rooms with no lingering odors (Who stayed in here?) and no cigarette  smoke to trigger asthma problems or allergies because prior tenants  disobeyed the "No smoking in rooms" order.   Staff is friendly & courteous & very helpful.  Look forward to our next stay!  Thanks for having us!

Steve  & Janie's  Thanksgiving weekend stay

We only supposed to be there here for a visit but our house fell thru. The manager at time approved us to have our kids here with us because basically we are homeless. I will say that the area is very quiet and safe. There's surveillance so you can feel comfortable going and coming. The managers Butch and Nanete were very kind to us. They showed qualities of God. Compassionate, genuine concern of where we would go. My housekeeper April has done a excellent job making sure we have extra towels and helping us keep the room clean. They have free parking, grill area, laundry room that cost 2.00 $ to wash and dry. You will need your debit card to pay. Only one washer that takes quarters. This hotel is close to many good places to eat like Wendy's, Walmart, Taco bell etc. Very close to I-40. Only thing I suggest is that you bring your own cleaning rags, cleaning solutions, broom because you only get housekeeping once a week. Housekeepers don't give out there vacuums and things. It's a mini apartment. Comfortable beds, good size stove, regular size fridge.You can smoke outside your room only. Very pleased with how we were treated by all staff. I strongly recommend this hotel for your long extended stay!

Very Clean Room

So very thankful to the manager & our housekeeper April. So professional & kind. Manager gave us a new sofa because the one that was in our room was ruin by the previous tenant dogs. He goes out his way to make us comfortable. April makes sure I have everything I need from towels to toilet paper. They are very genuine staff. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR STAY ENJOYABLE and SAFE😁

Well Done!

We had a friend in town for business who used this property for 3 weeks. Clean, comfortable and in a good location. The weekly rate is very reasonable, the staff is nice and everything was in good shape. Nothing fancy here, just a clean, comfortable extended stay hotel.

Affordable Suites is a beautiful place to stay,  clean, safe and quiet. Great for short term,  Wifi is fast, has everything!!  Shopping is close. The manager Patty lives onsite and is always ready to help.  Definitely a 5 star!

Excellent Place

Affordable Suites is an excellent place to stay overnight or an extended stay.  I would HIGHLY recommend.  The manager lives onsite and is accessible anytime. Anything over a week gets fresh linens throughout.  The location is perfect, quiet, and has video surveillance security.
