This is a great park based on location, staff, and some of the sites.  The E and G section work well for big rigs and have a lot of grass between sites.   Power is usually good but there seem to be a lot of bagged pedestals.   Roads are crap once you get off the pavement.  Too many annual sites IMO.  Most look ok, some not so much.

Always enjoy our stay. Easy checking process with a smiling and friendly staff. We will miss Jerry at the front gate.

Great place to stay

We stayed two nights while in Conroe for a business meeting. The cabin was a great alternative to a hotel room for a very relaxing and affordable retreat after a stressful day. I will definitely stay again!

Great Cabin for a quick business trip.

This was our first visit to your campground. I like the layout of the campground and it was pretty and had lots of trees.

Well cared for RV park that has clean and up to date bath houses, nice pool and hot tub area, laundry facilities and recreational options with close proximity to the lake.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful, and responded in timely manner. I like how quiet the resort was. I’ll be coming back in the future!

Grass was not cut for a month. 
Pool was not clean. 
Cabin was not cleaned thoroughly. A/C unit was overdue for a cleaning. The provided towels are not even big enough for toddlers. They need a proper maintenance crew. Do better. 

Property not maintained

This park is exceptional!  I have stayed numerous times and it is one of my top 3 parks!  The rangers are beyond awesome!  Issac, Jacob, Able Jerry and the entire staff go so far out of their way to make your stay great.  They are always so friendly and helpful.  Ray and Able in the office are also fabulous!  They go the extra mile.  .  Susan the TT Rep is a great asset if you have any questions she is right there.  I haven’t met the manager but that’s because his staff is so great never a complaint!  This park is beautiful!  All the amenities including lakefront!  Always feel safe and the people camping are a fun crowd.  I can’t really find anything negative.  Thanks Tt Conroe!!!

Overall the kids had fun but cabin restroom and sinking in floor and smell didn’t help the room and also having wasp and bees on our front deck wasn’t fun had to go buy bug spray from the store

The RV sites advertised are the rare part of the park. 
*Too many empty member or yearly paid spots making it difficult to RV park in even small groups. 
* A very large number of spots do not have 110 (household) outlets 62.00/night
*There are few concrete sites
*Most “natural sites” are VERY uneven and though they blame the rain.. it’s nothing a little grating couldn’t fix @ 62.00/night
*The resolve for weak breakers is for you to move @62.00/night
*The pool is closed in Mondays for “Cleaning” and on Tuesday morning when we arrived the pool walls were covered in a thick wall of grime. Also there was a woman in the pool with open wounds and scabs and it was allowable
*The laundry facility is a complete joke. Apple Pay didn’t work, app to load money doesn’t work, most don’t take the quarters it takes to wash. If you don’t have quarters, there’s no change machine. Oh and there is a note from the park basically excusing themselves completely from 
assistance because they don’t own the machines. 
*The vast number of residents and members coupled with 62.00/night with an almost full park should show visions of employees at the pool monitoring the rules of no smoking, no glass, and no horseplay. Maybe keeping the deck and restrooms hosed down and stocked.
You’d also think it would afford them to put on their own fireworks show. 
The idea of this park and the amenities is great and but it has a lot to be desired.
