The pros:  The bathroom was pretty clean.  Rooms in the back are far enough from the freeway to not hear it.  Good wifi.   No bugs.  Property well lit at night.

The cons:  Bed is hard as a rock.  Sheets had dog paw prints on them (I don't have a dog).  Light switches so filthy I didn't want to touch them.   Door didn't really lock.   Some of the other 'guests' (who I assume are long term renters) were screaming at each other and running around outside until 2:00 AM. (on a Tuesday night)  Front desk staff not exactly welcoming.   No fridge/microwave. Pool closed and no breakfast offerings   Room very basic with broken down furniture.  No reason to stay here again, that's for sure.  It was an exhausting night.

Left more tired than I was upon arrival

Good hotel==clean, nice staff and near many restaurants, services etc. 

Near a high traffic area and know that it is tucked behind a hotel called the Palace Inn in Conroe so just drive behind that hotel to find it.  

Only a shower in our room so if a tub is important make sure to ask staff about that.

Lots of hot water.

Good low budget hotel

Literally a trash hole, never go here, the owner is an absolute rat and the methheads next door get intimidated from laughing and call cops, worst experience of my life, the methheads who called cops will overdose soon regardless. Trash hole of a 1 star motel, never come here please. Absolute meth hole.

Drove in from Colorado too tired to make it home to south Houston, stopped here with plenty of available rooms. Bed is subpar but you get what you pay for. Not bad for somewhere to lay your head for the night.

Good location

Very near Freeway and food...but hard to actually find.  Desk personnel was just OK, did go out of their way at all. Hot water took a very long time to get to room, and the room stunk so badly of mold.  Pretty sure the people in the next room were living there...and with their cat.  Over all the place really needed a paint job.  Not a place I will stop at again...and don't recommend.

Bad!!!

Rooms were fine. Check in simple and smoothe. However the woman at the front desk was a game changer. Terrible attitude, was very rude and appeared to be annoyed when I inquired about "complementary " items such as soap, and shampoo. Worst customer service I've ever had . insure you if I take the time to write a review it was an unsavory situation to say the least.

Room for improvement

When you need a room you can always count on Motel 6 and this one will do what it takes to get that room for you. I don't expect it to be top of the line being the cheapest one price in Conroe so I all good with the service and cleanliness given. Now with the ones just hanging out they need to go. May make some new to the area feel uncomfortable when they linger by the room itself but it is what it is...

NOT THE BEST BUT WHEN YOUR ON A BUDGET IT IS...

Room was okay, stayed 2 nights and doors seemed like they had been kicked in by the cops. The 2nd night you could hear people arguing all night long. Stayed here because of the 18wheeler parking, bathroom was semi clean, and old bar of someone else’s soap was behind the sink - staff was great tho. No microwave or fridge in the room

Very polite service at check in. Property well-maintained.  Room cleaned properly.  The shower is too small for an ordinary 6' man.  The hot water in the sink wasn't hot.  The a.c. had a musty smell, causing me to just leave it off overnight.  Chairs were too uncomfortable to lounge in.  I got a good night's sleep and moved to another motel.
