One of my Daughter's bucket list was to visit Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame.  And my wish was that we stay near the water.  Well we certainly did that.  I just opened my curtain and water was ten feet away.

The room was quiet large and clean.  Staff at check in and check out were friendly and helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to see.

I have recommended the Bed and Breakfast to several friends and they plan to do trips next year and most likely will stay at the B & B

Hall of Fame

This was a delightful base for our first trip to Cooperstown.  The lovely wooded
setting with a lake view was in itself a major part of our experience. The facitilites were  comfortable, the furnishings creative and appealing, and Brigette and Lou were
gracious hosts. It was a pleasure being there

Wonderful B&B experience

We visited the area for baseball's Hall of Fame and fall foliage. Wonderful atmosphere close to the action of Cooperstown. Awesome views and accommodations. Fabulous hosts. A perfect spot overlooking the lake area. Highly recommend!

Amazing accommodation and views!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this B&B. The location is perfect - in the woods with a view of the lake, yet 5 minutes from Cooperstown. The decor was lovely and plenty of Windows and terraces took full advantage of the lake views. 
Everything was immaculately clean.The beds were comfortable and we had access to a microwave and refrigerator near our room. 
Several selections were offered for breakfast which was very tasty. The owners, Brigitte and Lou, were very friendly and accommodating and provided suggestions for things to do and places to eat.
All in all a wonderful experience. We plan to return as soon as we can!

Cooperstown Lakeview B&B

My husband and I recently stayed at this wonderful bed and breakfast.  Brigette and Lou are tremendous hosts and their place is beyond compare.  The setting is natural and serene.  While it is set back in the woods and away from town, Cooperstown is only minutes away.  We stayed in the Denali Room, which was beautifully decorated in a rustic motif.  Each night, we were able to sit out on the private back porch and watch night roll in over the lake.  Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast to start our day.   We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone in the area.

AMAZING!!!

We re all busy people, busy lives, trials and tribulations in life to deal with. If you are looking for peace, romance and around Mother Nature this is indeed the place. No it doesn't have a restaurant it's a bed and breakfast but oh my it's stunning, different and totally relaxing. Lots of character, the breakfast ample and tasty. Sadly we only stayed one night on our travels. You d be mad not to stay there. The scenery, the setting is to die for. We were tired that night and didn't want a meal out so we bought ourselves a picnic and ate in the conservatory. This b&b is out of town and there aren't taxis available I believe but why would you want to spend your evening in town when the building itself and its setting are breath taking. Cannot sing it's praises more. If you are considering this a place to stay, book now you won't be disappointed!

Heaven, sanctuary, blissful can't put into words!

This B&B was really charming. Its tucked way back in the woods, access was good considering but I imagine the road could get interesting in bad weather. Bridget and Lou obviously work very hard on the house and grounds, everything was clean and orderly. They're also very friendly.

The view from the deck is spectacular, its not lakefront, you can view a large part of the lake from way above. Its very peaceful and quiet except for the beautiful bird songs.

I would note that the internet connection is very limited and cell phone reception is marginal. They note this up front, I found it a good excuse to disconnect for a bit. If you really must have high speed internet this could be a concern. This is a wonderful spot, highly recommended!
