This was one of the worst experiences I have had.
They are rude and unprofessional.
The rooms are not maintained daily,
it is difficult conveying any message to staff.
It is truly saddening that my elderly wife and I had to deal with this.

Health department needs to be called.

Tried to cancel three days in advance because something came up.
There's a $141 FEE to cancel ... BUT THE ROOM WAS ONLY $130....which means they want to make all their their money even if you don't stay.
Meanwhile, the room was $200/night after all the taxes, so I have to get the refund or I lose another $60. An absolute scam.

Refunds will COST YOU.

smells horrible all in the room. toilet didn't work and bathroom looked  nasty. room looked like it hasn't changed in 40 years. the price for room wasn't worth it because I can stay at Airbnb for half the price and quality is so much better.

bad motel 

Chose this for the last night of a long road trip. Very close to JFK and would make for a nice end to a holiday. As with all rooms I specifically requested no smoking. The room had a no smoking sign on the door but the room smelled very bad. The bed covers had cigarette burns and the bath and toilet was covered with burns also. A real pity. The location was terrific.
When we left the room, all our baggage smelled of stale cigarette.

Stinky Room

Bed had no top sheet. Bottom sheet stained (see picture). Refused to honor non smoking pre paid room reservation I confirmed three times on the phone.  The room they stuck me in STANK HORRIBLY like a whole group of people chain smoked for years. I had to scream and throw a fit to get him to change me to another room.  The towels were too small to dry off after shower. Refused to give one key card per person, only one for both of us! Then chased after me when I left loudly demanding two back. With his dirty dirty filthy clothes on and his FLY WIDE OPEN SO YOU COULD SEE. DISGUSTING!!!  Worst motel ever. I would drive 20 miles further to avoid.

HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING

I checked into the South Bay Hotel off of Montauk Highway stay there for 2 weeks I'm covered in bed bugs the hotel is infested do not check into this hotel. I stayed in room 209 I've stayed there myself this is not a fictitious review I called the Board of Health.
