No coffee maker or coffee in the lobby.  No microwave however there was a refrigerator.  No counter top in the bathroom.  No hot water.  No drainage in the tub.  Not worth $105 a night!  Great location to Cumberland Falls.

The worst

This hotel is VERY CLEAN and very nice newly remodeled. Staff is very friendly and from now on when I come to Corbin to play bingo I will stay here! I highly recommend this place it's by far the nicest hotel in Corbin very convenient location as well!

Stayed here when older motel.Brand NEW EVERYTHING! Awesome customer service! Clean rooms,new beds,New everything!!! Love it!!Stay here!!! Reasonable in price! For family reunions,kids and pets welcome! Can't say enough about this place! Loved it!

Brand NEW!

We stayed at the LandMark in July of 2019, en route to Kansas City, MO.  We initially had accommodations booked elsewhere, but upon arriving there, decided it wasn't for us, and decided to keep driving.  While driving, we found the LandMark, and upon seeing some very positive reviews, decided to book.  We weren't disappointed.  Upon arriving, we were greeted warmly by the front desk clerk, who gave us the key to our room.  The only thing we found a bit strange was that we were required to pay a "key deposit", as the LandMark still uses actual keys.  This was only a minor inconvenience, however.

We were thoroughly impressed with our room.  The room was one of the most spacious we encountered on our trip, and came with a king bed.  It was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated.  The WIFI worked well, as did the air conditioning.  The room had a balcony where we got a nice view of the city of Corbin.  The bathroom was also very well kept.

Overall, about the only negatives we can think of were the key deposit, and lack of a breakfast.  But for slightly more than 50$, you can't do much better.  Would highly recommend to anyone!

A wonderful find!

I stay here regularly but since the property was repossessed and turned over to new owners the wifi quit working.  I have stayed is multiple rooms and it is completely useless. When I ask about it I am just told it is what is.  Do not advertise free high wifi when it is completely unusable.

WiFi hasn't worked in months

At first glance, I was worried.  Check in was painless and there is a $25 cash key deposit.  Yes, actual keys are used!  We were put on the backside of the building and when we pulled up to the room...Oh My!  What were we walking into?  It was a ground floor room as requested, check!  All of the rooms have blinds up to the window and the slates of the blinds for this room were damaged, beyond repair as far as I could see.  There was no way I was going to stay in a room like that.  My husband said let’s just open the door and see what that brings.  My first look was to the window with the broken blinds.  Thankfully there is a curtain up that blocks the open window...a big relief.  Additionally, the room is huge.  One of the biggest I have ever seen.  We had a king size bed, a long table as desk with ample lighting, and 2 easy chairs for added comfort.  I immediately checked the beds and other surroundings for cleanliness due to the outside appearance.  Absolutely one of the cleanest, spotless rooms I have seen.  Everything was perfect!  The whole room reminds me of a retro motel.  Sure, all of the furnishings could be updated and some a whole lot, but it sure didn’t take away from the overall experience.  The only things I would have to say was an inconvenience was there was no in room coffee pot or coffee and there was not a hair dryer.  Both are listed as an amenity.  Neither a deal breaker for us but it could be for others.  I would say here again if I ever need a room in Corbin.  First looks can be deceiving but keep a positive attitude until proven otherwise.  Great place to stay for a mere $50 for the night!

Good no frills hotel

My parents my husband and me went to Corbin to play bingo we were looking for a cheap place but nice place to stay. We came across the Landmark hotel the number one thing I noticed was the sign saying American owned and operated which is good. The hotel is out dated but I'm the type of person that it doesn't matter what furniture it has because it's not like I'm living there lol. Main thing is it was very clean and very affordable for four people it was 54.00 dollars for one night that was very cheap other area hotels were anywhere from 100.00 a night to 150.00 a night. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

Very Clean!

Older but very clean room. Water pressure was amazing in the shower. Easy access to highway and food. Large room with all the basic amenities you would need. Park by the door of our room, very easy to come and go.

great price and value

Our daughter & family stayed here on a trip to Great Lakes, IL, (son graduating USN boot camp), because of the rate. Checked in very late in the evening. Said it was clean but old. Good place to lay your head. My husband & I stayed there on the trip back from IL. It is old, but it was clean & did not smell. King bed, big room, TV with cable, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Water ok & free toiletries. Close to food and shopping. Kroger just down the street. Gas cheap. Gave a veteran discount. Lowest motel rates we've paid in years. No, it's not the Hilton, but if you're tired, it's awesome!

Bed comfy, room clean. Next morning went to shower and there was NO water. Sinks worked fine but nothing for shower. Halls do smell musty. No elevator. 2nd level can drive to back and have main entrance. Coffee only in morning. McDonald's next door and Mexican restaurant on property (basically). Nats flying around office because daylight shift leaves door open, very annoying when trying to check in. Old style key for door. Good for a nights rest from traveling. Has main door, no peep hole and on 2nd floor sliding glass door onto balcony with chairs.
