I can only talk about the one room we walked in for about 5 minutes.  Room 101 was terrible.  Carpets were stained, the pillows on the chairs were stained, markings on the walls and doors, live roach in the kitchen, some kind of feminine product stuck to the wall in closet and at that point we left.  Some of the other rooms may be fine but that one was not.  

Never even unpacked.

While the Seville has aged over the years, there are some great features. Access to the beach is easy and direct from the hotel. Both pools on the property are well maintained. The property is family-friendly. The unit that we rented had three bedrooms/three bathrooms which was perfect for the family. The view from the balcony, living area, and master bedroom was breathtaking. The unit had a full size washer/dryer which was a nice feature. The living room/dining room was spacious and the kitchen updated. We worked with Franke Realty and they were responsive. The only drawback was that we were in town for "Wardstock" and the party lasted in the adjoining condominium until 4AM during the weekend. The earlier part of the week was wonderful and would rent the unit again.

Highly Recommend Seville

This unit was as advertised.  Worked great for 2 families with little kids.  Looks exactly like the pictures.  Rental Agency was fine.  Downside is the lack of amenities such as basic condiments, pot holders, spatulas, soap, only one roll of TP per bathroom, and no basic beach toys for kids .  For us only staying a week and planning to eat in most days, it was a bummer to have to purchase some of the basic stuff that we have normally seen in other condo/villa that we have rented.
The views are amazing, its very quiet, even during spring break week (except across the street with the spring breakers). One of the two pools was heated which was great since it was unseasonably colder.  We would come back again if we end up this way.

Rented the 3-bd/3ba 4th floor condo from Furcron Agency.
Gorgeous looking condo with the big windows overlooking the beach both in the living room and master bedroom.  Unit has it's own (older) washer & dryer which is very convenient. The balcony is perfect for watching the beach for miles and the sunrise.  Very comfortable in the afternoons since the sun sets behind the property.  The beds and décor were ok but the sliding blinds were a nuisance since they kept falling off.  The property is well manicured and has a maintenance man on-site everyday as well as a security guard.  Many rules for the property, but it keeps the place clean, quiet, and attractive.  The gate door is a bit noisy, but would only affect the bedrooms facing the gate on the 1st or 2nd floors.
Two pools plus a hot tub.  A shower/hose is located just off the beach for people to use to clean off after coming from the beach (an under appreciated amentity).  Parking is perfect to haul canopies/chairs to the beach everyday.

Great  place, wide beaches, This condo is very well maintained  and secure.  The pool might b e noisy if you were on the first on 2nd floor,   We had no problems on the 4th floor.
