Clean, new rooms and comfy bed! I enjoyed my stay. Simple and healthy breakfast options. Close to Navarro Collage and hospital. Also close to nearby shopping center and walmart. Collin street bakery is within a mile and a half as well as other restaurants. I had a really good time in Corsicana Tx with my daughter!

Great deal!

Room was recently renovated with new air conditioner and mattress.  We have stayed here annually for the past four years. Each year since he purchased the motel, the owner has made improvements - that's saying alot since this motel has been here forever.  For the price you can't beat it. I look for cleanliness and comfort and have always found both.  It's not the Hilton but it will certainly do for the weekend!

Comfortable beds and cold air!

Older  motel. Seemingly clean. Booked full when we got there. Guess it's worth what you pay. Pillows were made in 1860; all lumpy. I felt a bit uneasy. Wishing we had paid the extra money for a better place. But I guess it was OK. Room was slightly cool. Air could have been better. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

For a hotel that is recommended by TripAdvisor this is just unacceptable to me my husband and my two young children stayed here while we had our family reunion we found animal feces in one room and bugs all over the floor in the Next Room unacceptable then the lady told me that she was not going to clean it 
up because there's no housekeeping

Unacceptable

These are the meanest, nastiest, rude people in the motel business.

First, when I arrive at 4pm to check in, there was NO ONE in the office.  I rang the service bell several times.  I even called the front desk from my cell phone.  NO ANSWER.

Secondly, the rooms are what you would expect in central Texas for $39.99.  Pathetic.

Third, when I finally was able to check in, I opened the door to my room, I dropped the plastic "key" and bent it.  After settling in, I walked back up to the front desk to get another one.  The lady there said, "I charge you $1.00 for replacement."  I said I had never heard of such a thing.  She said, "I have to charge you.  I must pay for card reader."

Next, they advertise as "pet friendly".  THEY ARE NOT!  I was by myself but a friend came over and brought his four month old dog with him.  Dog is fully house trained and well-behaved.  To be honest, my buddy had a bit much to drink and fell asleep.  The dog was perfectly well behaved.  
When I went to get coffee from the pathetic little breakfast bar they had, the mean woman in a head scarf said, "You have dog in room?".  I said yes and explained my friends visit.  She says, "I charge you $15 for pet.  Dog must leave".  When I reminded her that she shows her motel to be "pet friendly", she says (not making this up}, "NOT FOR A WEEK!!!". 

I could go on but this place is awful.  All kinds of drug and prostitution going on constantly.
