Pros: 
Rooms were huge! 
easy parking right up front. 
Literally next to mcdonalds, starbucks, grocery store, cvs, etc.
Close to sedona (20-30 minutes) and i could hike before work. 
Laundromat is about 5 minute drive from the motel. 
the staff was nice as well. 
Wifi was pretty fast as i was traveling and working. I was in zoom calls all week without an issue. 
heater/aircondition unit 

Cons: 
The place didnt seem super clean... there was food in the refrigerator and it smelled bad. 
The microwave and the coffee maker was dirty so I barely used it.
There was a ring around the toilet and the towels were old. The showerhead also had a lot of grout on it.
The phone was really gross looking... 
the door handle of my room was broken. 
I also was given a used card key paper holder which was strange (never seen anybody recycle those esp during covid...) 
Heater a bit loud 
No elevator

Good stay, not very clean

The check in staff was friendly, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. I read other reviews and was hesitant to stay here but wanted to share that as we went pub crawling along Main St in Cottonwood, this place was a fine stay for one night. Especially for the price.  And there's a Starbucks on the corner and a diner as well.

Decent, clean Motel for the night

No 24 hour front desk. Could not get in touch with a live person. Office closed. Emergency number was not on the office door, it was left far away on a desk in the corner of closed office not able to be read.

Amenities

One of the nicest places on my trip. Clean, spacious, with comfortable bed. 
I would certainly stay here again, and wish more places were as nice, fresh, and well appointed.
Though I didn’t need it, I got a wheelchair accessible room. Would recommend it to anyone. Bathroom: clean, large, equipped with roll-in shower and double shower head. Furniture: wheelchair height. Microwave/refrigerator in room. Accessible parking by room. 
Staff: very considerate, telling me administrative things, before I arrived.

Excellence! Beautiful Room!

Internet not good, i had to clean the coffee maker it was disgusting!!! 
The bathroom extractor sound it weird and loud, the floor was dirty!!!!! 
I wish i can have some of my money back i pay $140 for this!!!

Bad Room

I cannot remember a time when customer service was worse. It would be nice to be able to speak to the actual owner. Seems to be unavailable when there's an issue. Why is this always such a secret when an owner needs to be contacted. If you don't have good employees, you need to hear about it.

Poor service

The room was very clean and just remodeled. But the walls are very thin. We were on the first floor. We heard footsteps all night. If we were to stay again we would stay on the second floor. 
Checking in was easy. Bed was very soft. Location was convenient.  

Just redone 

This was our 3rd stay at this location and was nice to see lobby remodeling complete. Employees very friendly and helpful. Adequate size to room, comfortable bed, thick towels. Frig, microwave and 1-cup coffee maker in room but no clocks or complimentary breakfast. Grocery and Wal Mart across street. Short walking distance to Black Bear Diner or McDonalds next door. Tile floors different than usual room carpet. Each time appeared swept and/or dusted but not washed as frequently. Socks or feet always pick up dirt.

Comfortable and Friendly

We had came for July 4th in park. Checked out other hotel, walked around Jerome & decided about 5:00 to do ghost tour. We had hard time finding room. We arrived @ 9:59PM. Debra stayed  late & made sure we got settled. She even turned on A/ C so room was not hot when we arrived. Out of razors. Had to go to Giant to get some. Comfy beds w/ blankets/ heavier bedspreads.

Spur of moment

The hotel was clean and close to the Verde Canyon Railway. It was a very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to book at this hotel again. It was close to every place we visited while in town.  Room was very quiet.
