Very unfriendly management. Hung up on us twice when we wanted to discuss our issues.. Besides the A/C not being able to cool the room. (told us it was because we were on the sunny side of the hotel needed to wait until 8 PM), and still didn't cool down the room. Also,the stovetop burners didn't work. Place also smelled of smoke and air sprays trying unsuccessfully to cover it up. Dogs were everywhere in the hotel.  Add that there is no lobby, more of an entry way to check in. No breakfast needless to say.. No amenities. Under staffed  Had to wait 2 hours to get someone to fix the TV. Pp

Stay Somewhere Else

am a travel nurse who was extended my stay until my contract ended but had to just ask for a refund for the remainder of my stay. My husband and children just made it in town to visit me and I had to request my money back because of the way my husband was poorly treated by the staff. MAINLY A WORKER BY THE NAME KATHY! As I work at night, I came back to the hotel to sleep and wait for my family. I told my husband to park in the back when he arrived  and I would let him in and give him his room key. When my husband  arrived, he said hello to the male front desk clerk and Kathy as they were outside. He stated that no one acknowledged his presence at first and that the workers rudely told him that he would have to present ID. My husband then called me to come downstairs as the workers were being rude. Being upset that my family was treated so rudely. I decided to check out and take a stand. The staff assumed he didn't have an ID because he refused to give it to them but he does he just doesn't tolerate disrespect or disregard well. I fully understand his point of view and stick beside his views. I was refunded for only the remaining nights as to ot being 1pm today when the incident occurred.  As I was discussing my distaste for the situation  and how rude the people of Nebraska and Iowa have been. KATHY made the remark ," It's Iowa, not Nebraska" I was not speaking to her and I know I'm on the verge of 2 states. I am from the south and we are big on hospitality. The front desk clerk apologized for his staff member's behavior but at this point I never want to stay at a place like this. My husband  knows the owner personally and we just want to let him know how the people of African American descent are being treated at his establishment. I also wanted to let him know that he has roaches in room 310. I was moved to 312 which was fine but you could tell that they had just recently fumigated room 310 by the dead bodies and roaches here and there. I overlooked  that but my family's  treatment was the last straw!

Rude to black people!

Stay away unless you like to be treated rudely by a check in girl with an attitude. This was an unplanned stop while traveling and should have read reviews. The place from the outside was nice but once inside it’s a level above a hostel, dirty floors, bugs, zero cups or glasses for the kitchenette,. The parking lot had questionable people milling about at night and felt completely unsafe. I would not recommend anyone to stay here, its worth 20.00 extra to stay somewhere else that’s clean and treat you like they appreciate your business.

Elevator smells like fried fish (no restaurant in building, sooo...)
Bathroom not clean (sink and toilet ok, but shower not- soap rings and old soap left on a shelf!)
Leaky faucets
Air conditioning not working well- had to set at 63 to get cool.
Missing cabinet door in kitchen area
Hard beds (not comfy)
Bad pillows
Old people caulk around drop in sink
Tv works

Ugly:
Whole place is cheap vinyl and laminate and pressboard. Looks like they went to an outlet,  bought cheapest stuff they could find and threw it in.  No Workmanship at all.
No decor 
Bad sloppy painting
Holes in walls and unpainted patch repairs 
No closet in room but a wire rack in corner of room to hang clothes.

Bottomline, if you want cheap with kitchen stuff and don’t mind sketchy cleanliness and super ugly decor, this is your place.

I love the staff! Cassie,Cynthia,Deb,Charlie and new comer Seth!!!! Even though we are all going through this awful situation, they are all so sweet and accommodating and always have smiles! I appreciate everything they do

I had an excellent stay here, room was clean and the staff was so friendly especially Vicki at the front desk.  Close to the casinos and right by the interstate.  There is also a movie theater right down the street and great places to eat.  I will stay here next time I am in town.

Great place to stay

My stay at this extended stay was fantastic! The staff are all great, with wonderful personalities....Ms Kim was the first one I met and she made accommodations great for me and my two four legged girls!

All the ladies are super nice and I pray God blesses them all richly in His favor.

Thus is a very nice hotel. 
Quiet with clean rooms and a great atmosphere. Close to many attractions and a convenient location.
Kim at the front desk is just awesome and on point. 
I recommend this site and will return.

My stay at Woodsprings Suites was great. Nice, comfortable rooms. I travel a lot for work and I like being able to cook my own meals. Woodsprings has a full size refrigerator, two burner stove, and microwave. Kim at the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend this Woodsprings.

I’m here for the day, and Kim at the front desk was very helpful. Check in was quick and easy, and Kim answered all my questions about amenities nearby.  The room is clean and quiet. Close to downtown Omaha, and close to a lot of casino entertainment. I’d stay here again. Thanks.
