My bf and I stayed here for two nights beds were soft the tv had no closed captions so my bf couldn't watch tv the door kept getting stuck had to push on it push the handle up not down the key card was a bit tricky  but other than that it was not bad might come back again

TV needs work

This place was worse than expected for the low cost. It has its own security guards. My son's bike was stolen in less than 30 minutes. I really didn't enjoy this place but for the cost I guess it's what you get.

American inn

I will say I called several times, finally the clerk got a hold of house keeping who confirmed they had our pillows. I would not even bother with forgotten pillows, but they were expensive and I was upset when I realized we forgot them. We were traveling through Council Bluffs, on our way home to Wisconsin.
  When I called this morning, the clerk told me NO..they don't ship any forgotten thing to customers,(WTH???) that I have to come and pick it up. I asked to speak to the manager, Eric, he told me the only way  I could get my pillows back is to arrange for a UPS Pick-up tag, which I am in the process of doing.  To be continued ......

I will wait to give this motel a full review~~~ pending return of forgotten pillows

The room is what you pay for, so no real complaints there. However, the older lady at the check-in building was just plain rude and crabby. Not only unprofessional towards me, but also towards her new hire she was training that night. Slamming her fist down on the counter because he clicked on the wrong box while checking me in on the computer. And don’t ask a question of her, because that will really upset her. Haha. 

So, if you can put up with the cranky lady, this place is worth the low rate for a quick stop. Just be prepared for her, and maybe even prepare to get under her skin a bit. It’ll be fun. 

Cranky Lady

We were displaced due to a sudden A/C unit break in our apartment. We had Just had a baby and the apartment was not in any hurry to get it fixed. It was Memorial Day weekend and temps were in the 100’s rooms were hard to come by due to graduation. We were able to get a room last min at a great rate and as it turned out other people from our complex were there as well. They treated us very kindly and made sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed at other branches of this hotel while traveling and they have all been great even letting us bring our pet for an extra cost but still amazing! Comfortable beds and clean rooms every time.

They really care

I stayed here quite a few different times. It was a living situation for a few friends of mine and some of them had stayed there for a few nights a couple of times before. I was very nervous to stay there the first time as it looked like a place that would be in the ghetto, not-so-great end of town. While the rooms were small to live in and there were a few bugs seen in a room during the hotter weather, it was enjoyable. The prices were very tolerable, housekeeping came consistently and took care of anything you asked, the employees were very nice and enjoyable and polite, maintenance was always very quick to respond and try to solve any issues, etc. While it may not have been the nicest place ever, it was quite enjoyable and became a sort of home to me. Definitely would stay there again.
