Very nice hotel. Clean and welcoming. 
There isn’t a lot in the area, but the hotel itself is great.
Breakfast is the usual express breakfast but they take care in preparing it.  
Only downside is maybe the he tv? I have to search pretty hard to find a down side.

Nice stay

Very comfortable hotel. I was hesitant to spend this much on a hotel in such a rural area, but I was not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a king room with a comfortable bed and small couch. Bathroom was clean and it was nice to have the fridge and microwave. Convenient to the hospital and Aldi.  Breakfast was standard with plenty of variety. I enjoyed both the indoor pool and the fitness center. Wi-Fi was a bit slow. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfort and convenience

I mistakenly left a personal firearm in the room in the night stand. When I called they denied finding one in the room. So I called the state police to report it missing. When they investigated it they found that the house keeping person was a criminal on work release. Of course they denied seeing it.

Criminal Housekeeper

We stayed here Memorial Day weekend to attend a wedding.  The hotel and room were top notch.  Very clean, which is our main concern.  The one area we can't comment on is breakfast.  Our schedule didn't allow us to eat at the hotel.  We would highly recommend this property-well done !

Great property!

Booked this hotel thinking it was in cranberry township- it’s an hour and a half away. My bad!! But when I called to ask to transfer it I was basically told too bad so sad!!! They aren’t affiliated with any other holiday inn express. We travel and stay a lot of places and this is terrible customer service. So I am paying for a room I cant’t stay in. 

Highly disappointed

The hotel is a great find...super clean, has very large rooms, very comfortable.  The staff was super friendly, and a good solid breakfast is available.  Easy to find, and easy parking onsite.  Definitely would recommend this to you.  I did not try the pool or exercise room or laundry but they are all on-site as well and looked in super condition.

Definitely recommend!

On September 29 2022 my boyfriend and I arrived around 9pm. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We get into our room and it had a strong peppermint smell but we were tired so we didn’t complain about it! Beds were horrible couldn’t sleep at all. The next morning we woke up and went and got breakfast. Not the greatest but good enough all the workers that morning were very nice and helpful let us do a late check out and at 12 we left. I cleaned up our mess and made sure all towels were in one spot and no trash left anywhere. Fast forward to Saturday night we get a transaction on our debit card saying they tried to take 150 out but it wouldn’t let them so they tried again for 100. We called to see why we got charged and sunni (general manager) tried telling us we smoked in the room and he had actual PROOF of us smoking IN THE ROOM and that he made a police report. Mind you neither of us smoke. So we were trying to get more information but he kept being a jerk to us and told us to just dispute it with our bank. Also wouldn’t give us corporates number and told us to never come back then hung up on us! We won’t be back also got very creepy vibes when I was there alone felt like someone was watching me!!! So we called the pa state police station to see if they knew anything and the officer said there was no report. Something is very fishy about sunni. You literally can’t make this up. I have stayed at a few holiday inns and this one is by far the worst. Also why didn’t they charge us Friday if they suspected us of smoking we eventually talked to another guy named Michael and he said they have already had to move two people from that room because it smelt like smoke and I asked what kind of smoke and didn’t know!

Charged for not smoking

Expensive but accommodating ! We had a large group. They had nice tables in the lobby for playing games. Good breakfast. The place was clean. The front desk lady at night was veryhelpful. I recommend staying here when in the area. I was impressed. 

Nice Hotel 

From the pleasant greeting when I walked thru the doors to the clean quiet room I was pleased with my stay.  Breakfast was a bonus. Everything was well stocked and area was clean.  I highly recommend this holiday inn.

Quiet and courteous stay

A recent purpose renovated  hotel which delivers a simple efficient no frills clean style of the Holiday Inn Express conveniently located next to a small mall and takeaways. What makes it really better than the rest is the staff who genuine demonstrates day after day that they welcome you and enjoy doing their job and that’s to be applauded so on that fact alone you should have no hesitation in booking this hotel
