Dirty, smelly, dirty. Our room smelled strongly of dog and urine. The mattresses were years beyond their useful life. The " Do Not Disturb" signs were taken off the doors at 9 am and housekeeping repeatedly knocked on our door as well as everyone else's until we left at 09:30 am. Breakfast attendant was rude.

Overpriced and nasty

After covid getting housekeeping service every day is unheard of.  This hotel had housekeeping for my room everyday they replaced the towels, emptied the trash and made the bed everyday.  I was here for work and worked 12 hour days.  It was really nice to come back to a clean well stocked room.  Thanks for a great stay.  I will come back!!

Housekeeping service

The room was nice for the stay with microwave and refrigerator. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast in the morning with some hot food choices. Food/drinks for sale in the lobby. Clean room and nice area. Stayed here before and would stay again.

Nice well kept place for a peaceful night.

We stayed at the Quality Inn while my daughter was having treatments at the hospital.  The people are so friendly and helpful (even have us a discount because we were there for the hospital).  The place is nice and clean and very accommodating.  We will be back next month when she has her next treatment.

They were so helpful when we came, helped us get into the bldg.  The wind was horrible that, lol.  My husband is having alot of mobility issues and they helped him get up out of a chair while I was taking our things to the room.  Even delivered fresh cookies to the room.  Very impressed.  Rooms were very clean.  Rooms a little expensive but doable.  Thanks so much!!

Superb and kind service!!!

We stayed here on the final night of our month long trip to the northeastern U.S.  This hotel far exceeded our expectations as it was clean, nicely decorated, and had a luggage rack, which seem to be disappearing from some hotels.  Even had fresh baked cookies upon check-in.  The hallways and lobby area were also very clean and welcoming.  Were fortunate to have the general manager working the front desk when we checked.  She was very friendly, offered to help us with local dinner options and was very professional.  I could tell she really cares about making sure guests have the best stay possible.  Highly recommend this hotel as a great find that was reasonably priced.

The staff is friendly and so nice. Breakfast was good. Cookies available through stay. Room clean and smell fresh. There for a work trip. Everyone was so accommodating. Will definitely recommend to others. 

Work trip

Our Iowa Retired School Personnel Association stayed at your Quality Inn in Creston last Tuesday through Thursday, October 3 to 5, 2023 for our State Convention.    The rooms were clean and well kept.  The breakfast was excellent and well maintained.  The persons at the desk were so friendly and accommodating and we so enjoyed talking with them.  They gave us ideas of sites to see in the town of Creston.  This was our first visit to this area and we really enjoyed it.  A++ to the staff!

Great Place to Stay

We were there 11 nights due to two family deaths in one week! The staff treated us like family starting with manager Ashley and front desk staff Kellie. And we loved the breakfast room that was taken care of by Rejna, a really sweet, hard worker. She always had a smile. Great place to stay in Creston, IA.
