The rooms are decent enough and the bed was comfortable as well.  The WiFi worked well for me.  You can park right up to your room which I consider a BONUS.  I had no problems with heat or cooling in my room.  This is a basic economy level inn and it was fine for me.  This hotel is located on a driveway off the main road, but still close enough to drive to many fast food locations on that main road.

We stayed in RM 118 and we was very pleased with the cleaneness, and the shower was fantastic. It had microwave and refrigerator and great cable. The staff was excellent. For the price you can't beat it. I would have given a five star but even with the best of the best we all have room to improve in all we do. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks Economy Inn for serving us trucker's as well.

OTR TRUCK DRIVER

We were very happy with this motel. The check-in clerk was very friendly, as was the check-in cat who lives in the parking lot! The rooms are simple and the beds were too soft for our tastes, but it was clean and safe. I'd definitely stay here again when passing through (particularly during this COVID era when many motels aren't serving breakfast anyway).

This is my 3rd time here in last 2 months as i keep coming to crossville to look for a new house. This is a no frills inn i wouldnt choose for a vacation, but its clean, neat, has necessities of mini frig, microwave, tv, and tub (not just shower). Best of all, the mattress here gave me the best night sleep without waking with an achy back that ive had since developing back problems. The inn entrance is right off the main road but the inn itself is off the road, so much less lights and noise than i usually experience at hotels. It's perfect for what i need. Highly recommend.

Everything I need and super comfortable

I had to come to Crossville in an emergency and needed a quick and inexpensive place to stay.  Ive always been wary of "one story non branded" motels, but this one has been a joy.  The front desk gentleman David was as kind as could be and cut me a deal on my second night.  The outside looks old and yes the rooms are not as updated.  It does have a flat screen tv however and plenty of plugs for electronics.  Wifi is strong and free.  The bed was comfier than my bed at home!  Room was spotless and digitally controlled heat/ac made it easy for me to change the temp.  As I was here with dress clothes i wish there had been hangers in the room but I am nitpicking here.  The property was quiet (especially for a Saturday night) and I felt completely safe.  Kudos to this little motel and thanks for a comfy stay!

Hidden treasure...

Reserved room well over 90 degrees, A/C was off, Non smoking room smelled of smoke, waited in car for room to cool. Woke up to find room flooded. Ran to office to let them know. Receptionist ran to an adjoining room not even looking in my room, it appeared as if she must have known of a preexisting condition with plumbing in adjoining room. I was assigned another room which was also hot, I turned A/C on and again waited in car for room to cool. No assistance was offered to move my belongings to new room nor was any consideration or even an apology made for the multiple inconveniences this motel had caused. Much better hotels nearby for same price. Live and Learn.

Nightmare!

The rooms are always clean.  It is one of the cheapest hotel/motel but the people are nice and the room is always clean.  I have stayed there many times.  Its a great place to stop and sleep.  The beds are comfortable and you can make it really dark in the room if needed.

Nice and quiet place to stay

The non smoking room reeked of smoke.  I doubt it had been cleaned in a month.  I wiped down the shelf over the closet rod with a white wash cloth and it came away black.  Big burn holes in the blanket. Good things included being able to park outside room and the water pressure was decent... But no shampoo or hair dryer.  The hotel is old, but it could at least be clean.  

Gross! Sleep in car before staying here

I honestly don't think I would have stayed he had I been by myself. My reasoning for this is because they have a lot of regular folks that stay here. nothing like prostitution or anything like that, but just a lot of construction workers, and the outside of the building has NO street appeal. That being said, The rooms were pretty clean, and for the price it's really not that bad.
