In town from CA for business. Booked 2 nights with my wife, we left at 11 pm for another hotel. The disrespect we were met with gave us anxiety and made us feel unwelcomed. I updated the hosts with every thing we had planned for the day and he met us with what looked like disgust. Told to move our car over 1 space without a reason while we were just packing up to leave (due to my previous mention) I tried to be nice and he just waved me off. I understand he might deal with shoddy people but not all people are shoddy. I hope he takes a vacation, he deserves one for the hard work I’m sure he puts in. Videotaped the room before leaving to make sure I wasn’t charged for anything. Will not book again. Happily paid $114 for something else

Front counter needs a vacation

The people in the office were nice. There were a couple of things we noticed were dirty. The top part of the shower and a stain on the sheets. Over all the stay was good and we had no problems. I rented off of the hopper app.

Enjoyed our stay

The terrible hotel has terrible service (it's the typical American service), and a terrible location, in an area that seems to be very dangerous. The attendants don't even speak English. The only positive point is that this hotel is more or less close to the metro.

I'm not pointing this hotel out to anyone.

The sheets had bodily fluid stains. The place felt so dirty and disgusting. I do not know what the other rooms look like but this one was bad. The towels had stains on them. The shower was pretty nice though. You get what you pay for here.

Terrible Avoid This Place

The place is run by shady indian people who have no concept of courtesy, the first time the woman gave me a room key that didn't work and the bed I slept in had bugs in it, ended up with a lot of bites.

Terrible place to stay

Hello this place is great stay when traveling somewhere. I think the apartment is cozy and has a lot of space. I stayed for one night and it was better than my expectations. There is a doube room for couples and the place looks as on pictures.

Horrible place do not come to stay. Bad accomodations and bugs in the bed.  When they want to pay you have to wait for a terrible long time to do it. The room is not tidy and the bed is smelly. Also the bathroom is not clean.

Do not stay here

I made a reservation. When I arrived at the hotel at 10:23 pm The desk clerk PANK was on duty. I told him that I had a reservation for a king size smoking room and ask if he had a room down stairs and he went completely off and he canceled my reservation  ever though he knew it was already paid for! He had no problem doing this to a 60 year old, female, cancer patient. I would not recommend this over priced motel to anyone!

Beyond Horrible Guest Service

I was in town for a conference. All the other hotels or over $200. This one is just a little bit further away but very nice. They really maintain the property well and the front desk manager was very helpful. They even gave me a complementary bottle of water and some snacks . Very satisfied! Thank you 

Great Location - Great Price

I don’t know how this place has any 5 star reviews.  It is an hourly hotel with real hotel rates.  The guy that checks you in is behind glass like at a check cashing place because that is how sketchy the area is.  We walked into the room and within 2 minutes walked out.  There are cigarette burns in the comforter and the floor was dirty with who knows what.  Of course they refuse to refund you for their terrible hotel with photoshopped pictures on the websites.  The 5 star reviews are fake.  DO NOT BOOK HERE.
