What was good
Being right downtown the location was excellent for where I had to go (Canton Street)
Since the hotel is a converted office building of historical significance (the Pegasus Building, former Mobil Oil headquarters) the rooms are huge compared to modern facilities. My room had windows on three walls and was at least twice the size of a modern hotel room.

It is one of the few historical buildings left in Downtown Dallas. It was quite a grand establishment.
We were quite comfortable. And for those using Dallas as a travel hub, you can wash your clothes on the 25th floor.
The complimentary milk and cookie buffet each night was a winner.
