They sold us a room with a toupee of black mold growing in the bathroom. The phone was not connected to anything and the toilette would not flush because it had no water going to it. I'm completely fine with a certain level of ratchet but this was revolting. 

Stay at your own risk.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Unsafe and very very filthy and dirty . Water in the floor of the room, white dusk on the phone and table . Hairs in the bathroom , the bed and sheets were dirty with dark brown and black spots all over it. I did not sleep there and left, went to another hotel .

We took a trip to Dallas Texas on a spur of the moment to go to the medieval tournament had the best food ever nice hotel very nice done remodeled clean very quiet not a lot of parking but was a fabulous place and was under 200 bucks for Friday to Sunday

They charged my account more than what I was supposed to pay when I asked him about it they lied and said they did not and that I had to contact my credit card company so I did when I tried calling them back they would not answer .this place was nasty there was no blanket the sheets were dirty ,the bathtub was unusable ,AC was broken ,trash all outside on the property..the employees were rude they have a sign that says check out at 11:00 but tell you to check out at 10:30 or lose your deposit.. I would not suggest this to my worst enemy and I would rather sleep in my vehicle before I would ever stay at this hotel again save your money go somewhere else!!

Waste of money

This place is disgusting! Upon arriving, I was very apprehensive because of the location. The front lobby was dirty with muddy water everywhere, I checked in hoping for the best. We got a room on the back of the hotel and parked on the front for safety. We walked through the corridor and it smelled awful. Right outside our room was someone sitting in their car that appeared to be selling drugs to someone😬 We walked in the room and it reeked of marijuana. There were several things broken in the room and there were burn holes in the comforter. I literally turned around and walked out. I did not feel safe there nor did I feel safe with my 11 month old sleeping in a disgusting room that smelled like weed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We were able to get most of our money back but forfeited our security deposit!

WARNING!!!! Do NOT go to Dallas Love Field Inn!!! The pictures are not that hotel at all!!! How is that even legal? I am leaving this review everywhere I can.
We did NOT stay at this hotel. We asked for our money back and went to another hotel!
We pulled up to the property and it was dimly lit and it was difficult to even find the lobby. Once I found it, upon entering, there was a strong smell of mamajuana and there was water on the floor from the ice machine leaking and the floor was filthy.
The man working the desk was behind a glass panel and he was unfriendly and rude. Before I even went to the room, I was feeling very uncomfortable and not safe in this place. 
Outside there were people loitering and offering to sell us "stuff"
I did not even get out of my vehicle and sent my husband up to the room. Upon entering the room, it had a foul smell like feces and there were holes in the bed covers. He immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund. The clerk argued with him and told him to just keep the door open!? WTF!!!???
He proceeded to argue that he could not give us a refund and we would be charged a cancellation fee of $20.
We were happy to pay $20 just to get the hell out of there.
I have not checked my credit card but I will be certainly making sure I was not fully charged for that room!
We will NEVER be returning to that hotel and we will make sure to leave a review on Booking.com and any other sight we can.

OH Hell NO!!!! Stay Away!!!

The maintenance and upkeep of this hotel is poor. The staff is not friendly. Wouldn't recommend. (CRACK HOTEL!!!) I only came to retrieve my brother's items from an altercation that happened the previous day. The guy who supposedly was holding the stuff must have been on some kind of drugs because he was sweaty from head to toe and acting very aggressive toward me for no reason at all! He kept getting rude with me for even trying to explain who I was. (I would not recommend this hotel to Satan's minions!) The guy in the office window was very reasonable but the rest of the staff were very rude.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This hotel does not deserve a 1 star - it is a total ditch. Rude disrespectful staff. Manager was unprofessional took him 30 min to check me in. He did not care about customer service. Imposing 5$ service and 20$ deposit on the hotel fee reservation. Room was dirty. Check my pictures. Bed bugs. Yelllow brown stain on mattress boxes. Mattress broken. No idea how these people are still in business and rayed 2 1/2 stars. This hotel needs to be shut down by the city. It is illegal to rent rooms in this state. I had to call Hotwire to get a cancellation and thanks God they agreed and I did find myself a better place to stay at. DO NOT GO THERE!

Bed bugs-old broken dirty mattress-total disaster

Rooms were clean and felt good when you walk into your room. But whoever the manager is that works font desk in the morning time was rude, cursed me out, and hung up because I'm inquiring about my deposit that's taking long to come back to my account. This the only hotel that I have stayed with that ask for a deposit.

My Stay

Very clean room & was offered at a very affordable  rate for a recent  3 night stay.  Hotel staff was very friendly & Jessica is a wonderful,  friendly, excellent  hotel manager who assisted me with the hotel stay.
